Soroptimist International of Twain Harte award scholarships, Live Your Dream award

Soroptimist International of Twain Harte held its annual scholarship awards luncheon Tuesday in Twain Harte.

Brittany Boucher was the recipient of the group’s Live Your Dream award and has also been selected as a candidate for a bigger prize on a regional level. The Live Your Dream award is given to a woman who is the sole support of her family and is looking to better herself by enrolling in college or vocational school.

Other scholarship winners included Summerville High School students George “Kii” Kellerman, Jacob Bick and Jack Bruce, Niki Roberts, Sarah Peterson, Katie Peterson, Sydney Jones, Abigail Holland, Danika Lillie, Raul Dominguez, Liberty Rimmer, Sarajean St. John, Morgan Smith, Raquel Barrett and Zachary Marquez.

Funds for Soroptimist scholarships are raised through its annual Crab Feed in January and Twain Harte a la Carte, which this year will be held May 20.
