2:29 p.m., Sonora — A possible drunken driver was reported on Stockton Road.

3:17 p.m., East Sonora — An employee at a mini-mart on the 13700 block of Mono Way reported a customer in a cream-colored pickup drove off without paying for $20 worth of gas.

4:21 p.m., Tuolumne — A home on the 19000 block of Carter Street was reported burglarized.

5:36 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said someone stole checks from her and has tried to use them at a mini-mart on the 18300 block of Highway 108.

6:57 pm., Crystal Falls — "Yelling and screaming" was reported at a home on the 21700 block of Crystal Falls Drive.

7:04 p.m., Sonora area — A caller reported seeing men with flashlights inside a fenced auto wrecking yard on Mountain Brow Road.

7:08 p.m., Jamestown area — A 16-year-old caller on the 10100 block of Pulpit Rock Road said he wanted to leave his argumentative mom and step-dad, "but they won't let him."

7:27 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman was reported "tweaking" in a Tuolumne Road pizza restaurant.

7:31 p.m., Greenley area — A woman on the 20200 block of Sparrow Lane said her cousin, 15, was breaking things and causing a disturbance in her apartment.

8:28 p.m., New Melones — A Bureau of Reclamation ranger reported that a man in a boat-towing motorhome refused to move from the Tuttletown Recreation Area ramp. When a deputy arrived, the motorhome was there, but the man and his boat were gone.

9 p.m., Apple Valley Estates — Reports of a "ragged-looking man" on Oneto Drive were not confirmed by deputies.

9:34 p.m., Jamestown area — A caller on the 18700 block of Highway 108 reported that the front and rear license plates were stolen from her car.

11:08 p.m., Jamestown — A 62-year-old man was arrested at Willow and Main Street on suspicion of public drunkenness.

12:52 a.m., Jamestown — Two callers reported seeing "chubby" man, "running around, yelling and hitting things with a baseball bat or lead pipe," was reported on the 10000 block of Seventh Street.

7:17 p.m., Sonora — Michael Evan Douglas, 19, 17700 block of Robin Ridge Road, Tuolumne, booked on suspicion of burglary, possessing stolen property and a possessing a controlled substance after arrest on the 400 block of Greenley Road, Sonora.

He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

TODAY

1:18 a.m., Jamestown — David Joseph Rose, 32, 22400 block of South Airport Road, Sonora, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia after arrest on Preston Lane.

12:57 a.m., public peace — An officer was called to Tuolumne General Hospital to help subdue a violent patient.

1:57 a.m., fight — People were reported arguing at a business on the 300 block of South Washington Street.

8:14 a.m., theft — A woman said someone entered an unlocked garage on the 200 block of North Washington Street and stole a tool chest and tools valued at $1,120.

2:42 p.m., theft — A woman said someone stole her purse between 9:30 a.m. and 11 p.m. from the Sierra Building at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds on the 200 block of Southgate Drive.

5:02 p.m., public intoxication — A 55-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Sonora Community Hospital on the first block of Forest Road. An emergency room employee said the man smelled of alcohol and was going back and forth from his vehicle to the intensive care unit.

5:24 p.m., theft — A woman said someone stole her grandmother's wallet from a business on the 800 block of Sanguinetti Road.

8:32 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman said she saw a car parked in front of a business on Sanguinetti Road with rope hanging from the trunk and fingerprints on the edge.///////////

9:03 p.m., public peace — An anonymous caller on Jackson Street said neighbors were throwing things off their porch toward his house.

9:39 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man on South Washington Street man reported an unfamiliar vehicle in his neighborhood, and said he and his neighbors have been victims of attempted break-ins in the past.

6:35 p.m., San Andreas — A caller said a person was driving recklessly through Gold Strike Mobile Home Park on a golf cart.

10:55 a.m., Angels Camp — Andrew Munoz, 19, 1500 block of Mitchell Avenue, Escalon, booked on suspicion of possessing and selling marijuana and driving under the influence of drugs after arrest on the 1200 block of Highway 4, Angels Camp. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $90,000 bail.

11:35 a.m., Valley Springs — James June Ascencio, 26, 6100 block of Southworth Road, Valley Springs, booked on a San Joaquin County warrant charging him with vehicle theft after arrest on the 20 block of California Street, Valley Springs. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $50,000 bail.

2:35 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — Amanda Kathleen Digman, 19, undisclosed address on Middle Bar Road, Jackson, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and manufacturing an assault weapon after arrest on Highways 26 and 12, Mokelumne Hill. She remained in custody this morning in lieu of $65,000 bail.

2:50 a.m., Paloma — Donald Frank Dunn, 23, 6500 block of Gwin Street, Paloma, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after arrest at his home. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $40,000 bail.

YESTERDAY

5:15 a.m., Valley Springs — James Bryan Sherley, 23, 100 block of Ash Avenue, Oakdale, and James Andrew Williams, 22, 700 block of South Netherton, Stockton, both booked on suspicion of first-degree burglary, receiving stolen property and intercepting law enforcement communication after an arrest at Toyon Middle School Bus Barn. No details were available this morning, and both remained held in lieu of $35,000 bail.

3:10 p.m., Mountain Ranch area — A flue fire was reported on the 19700 block of Rose Court. The property owner's name was not available, and no dollar damage was reported. Central Fire Protection District responded.
