TUESDAY

6:43 a.m., Lime Kiln Road area — A woman said a man in an older Dodge van was parked in the driveway of a house on Lake Valley Lane. A deputy spoke with the man, who said he had dropped a friend off in the area Monday night and was too tired to drive home so he slept in the van. The officer told him to move on.

12:40 p.m., Crystal Falls — A woman on the 21100 block of Crystal Falls Drive said a pickup was parked on her property blocking access to her driveway and garage. The truck was towed.

12:41 p.m., Columbia — A woman said a man driving a tan pickup was yelling out the window and appeared angry when he drove from Columbia toward Sonora on Parrotts Ferry Road.

1 p.m., Tuolumne — A caller said a man with long, dirty-blond hair and a bad complexion ran out of the caller's house on the 18100 block of Box Factory Road. The caller also found a broken bathroom window.

3:49 p.m., Cedar Ridge — A man on the 17000 block of Carriage Road said four guns, ammunition and gun cleaning equipment were stolen from his house. He estimated the loss at $1,230 and gave a description of the guns to the sheriff's department.

4:52 p.m., Groveland — A man at Enid's Antiques on the 11900 block of Bisordi Street caught three teens vandalizing his store. He said a fourth teen got away after stealing something.

5:42 p.m., Quail Hollow — A man and a woman fighting on the 12800 block of Chukar Circle were counseled by a deputy who said he had been to the couple's house several times before.

5:45 p.m., Old Wards Ferry Road area — A woman said that an hour before she called the sheriff's department, she saw three men in an older white station wagon pulled up to a small boy walking alone on Old Wards Ferry Road. The caller said she had a bad feeling about the situation.

6:03 p.m., Columbia — More than 100 CDs, art supplies and a cellular phone were reported stolern from a car parked on the 11600 block of Columbia College Drive.

6:28 p.m., Belleview Acres — A radio was reported stolen from a vehicle parked on the 21900 block of Fallview Drive.

7:18 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said he saw another man in a white T-shirt and light-colored shorts jumping up and down on the side of Twain Harte Drive as if he needed help.

7:32 p.m., East Sonora — A Taco Bell employee said a man in a green Ford Explorer was smoking marijuana and blowing the smoke into the drive-through window.

10:32 p.m., East Sonora — A caller said that two teens were in the parking lot in front of KFC, vandalizing cars and that restaurant employees were outside trying to deal with them.

3:30 p.m., Jamestown — David Robin Lewis, 30, 10300 block of Preston Lane, Jamestown, booked on a Tulare County warrant charging him with receiving stolen property after arrest at his home. He remained held this morning, held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

TODAY

2:29 a.m., Jamestown — Jennie Louise Clark, 24, no address given, booked on a Merced Municipal Court warrant charging her with welfare fraud and perjury after a traffic stop and arrest on Highway 108 at Woods Way. She remained in custody this morning held in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Kenneth Charles Camara, 40, 20500 block of Gerber Road, Tuolumne, booked at 11:07 p.m. Tuesday after an arrest on the 1000 block of Mono Way, Sonora.

Nathan Kenneth Miller, 20, 16800 block of American River Drive, Crystal Falls, booked at 10:50 p.m. Tuesday after arrest on Soulsbyville Road at Mono Vista Road, Soulsbyville.

Richard Martinez Aguirre, 68, 2700 block of Little John Road, Copperopolis, booked at 1:40 a.m. yesterday after arrest on Highway 49 at Mill Villa Road, Jamestown area.

TUESDAY

1:15 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man on the 200 block of Summit Avenue said someone keeps ringing a loud gong at his house and running away.

2:49 a.m., citizen assist — A caller said a man was stuck between two buildings on South Washington Street. Two police officers got the man out.

7:30 a.m., agency assist — A woman said there was a loose cow on Parrotts Ferry Road near Highway 49.

7:34 a.m., citizen assist — A woman said there was a loose cow on Old Columbia Road near North Washington Street.

10:20 a.m., parking violation — A man said a woman who was not handicapped parked her car in a disabled zone and went into a store on South Washington Street near Restano Way.

10:25 a.m., animal complaints — A Doberman inside a fenced area at Sonora High School was picked up by an animal control officer.

4:03 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man said six people were taking parts off a rust-colored Chevrolet Camaro car parked and tagged by Sonora Police on the 1100 block of South Washington Street.

4:07 p.m., agency assist — A Sonora High School bus driver asked for an officer to meet her at the school bus parking area to talk about an incident that occurred on a bus at Campo Seco Road area.

6:24 p.m., agency assist — A man said there was a water line break North Washington Street near Sonora High School. Tuolumne Utilities District employees were notified.

6:27 p.m., threats — A Tuolumne General Hospital nurse said a man was in the emergency room making verbal threats to staff members and had raised his hand in a threatening manner. Three officers went to the hospital and talked to the man, who agreed to leave.

7:08 p.m., traffic accident — No one was injured and drivers exchanged information after an accident on the 400 block of South Washington Street.

9:47 p.m., agency assist — A caller reported smelling propane coming from a tank on the 40 block of North Forest Road. A propane company was called out.

11:10 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman said a person had passed out in front of a coin laundry on the 100 block of Stockton Road.

7:36 a.m., Valley Springs — A vehicle was stolen and a garage broken into on the 3000 block of Laurent Lane.

10:35 a.m., San Andreas — A man and woman were reported loitering on the porch of a house for sale near Treat Avenue.

1:55 p.m., Angels Camp — Guns were stolen from a house on the 1000 block of Lakeside Drive.

6:22 p.m., Valley Springs — A child on the 100 block of Pine Street called 911 and said he'd "blown someone's head off." A deputy drove to the pay phone but was unable to locate the child.

4:15 p.m., San Andreas — Robert Clayton Erz, Jr., 23, 3000 block of Eucled Avenue, Stockton, booked on suspicion of vehicle theft, receiving stolen property and possessing a controlled substance after arrest on the 1600 block of Calaveritas Road. As of this morning, he was still in custody in lieu of $45,000 bail.

4:15 p.m., San Andreas — Dustan Manning Myers, 29, 200 block of Gardner, Stockton, booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property and felony parole violation after arrest on the 1600 block of Calaveritas Road. As of this morning, he was in custody in lieu of $15,000 bail and a parole hold.

2:53 a.m., Angels Camp — Carl Stephen Knight, 19, 18000 block of Big Hill Road, Sonora, booked on suspicion of being a felon carrying a concealed weapon in his vehicle with a prior conviction after arrest on Highway 49. As of this morning, he was still in custody in lieu of $30,000 bail.
