TUESDAY

8:03 a.m., Tuolumne — A Black Oak Casino security officer found a bag of what turned out to be crystal methamphetamine on the casino floor and turned it over to the sheriff's department.

9:35 a.m., Soulsbyville area — A caller said a suspicious-looking white truck was parked in a driveway on Sunshine Road North with two men inside Monday night. Tuesday the caller saw them at another location on Highway 108.

10:44 a.m., Jamestown — A woman said the cash register at Jimtown Frosty on Main Street was knocked off the counter overnight in an apparent attempt to break into the restaurant through a small service window.

11:35 a.m., Jamestown — A man on Eighth Street said checks had been stolen from his house.

3:46 p.m., Sonora area — A woman at Tuolumne County Health Department said a breast pump valued at $650 was stolen from the Women Infant and Children program.

4:09 p.m., Don Pedro — A Don Pedro Reservoir ranger said a man riding a knee board injured his nose while on the lake and was taken by a private car to a hospital.

8:54 p.m., Jamestown area — A caller said a man and woman parked a vehicle on a dirt road near Hatler Industrial Center were looking into buildings on the property, then drove off west on Highway 108.

9:03 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 10000 block of Willow Street said a window screen off her house was stuffed under the residence and she found a cigarette butt in her flower garden.

9:55 p.m., Big Hill — A caller said a man and a woman were fighting on Rattlesnake Gulch Road and there was a lot of screaming and banging going on.

10:57 p.m., Columbia — A caller on the 10000 block of Green Street said two men and a woman were fighting at a house down the street.

5:57 p.m., Sonora — Tanya Lee Valencia, 33, 18000 block of Old Wards Ferry Road, Sonora, booked on an Alameda County warrant charging her with burglary and failure to appear and a Fremont-Newark Municipal Court warrant charging her with vehicle theft. She turned herself into the Tuolumne County Jail and remained held this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol:

Debbie Lynn Kelly, 46, 21600 block of Paseo de los Portales, Phoenix Lake, booked at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday after an arrest near her home.

Michael Clifford Davis, 32, 21500 block of Via Venado, Phoenix Lake, booked at 12:10 a.m. yesterday after arrest on Stewart and Lyons streets, Sonora.

TUESDAY

9:37 a.m., threats — A woman said she was threatened by a man on the 90 block of North Washington Street.

3:52 p.m., animal complaints — A driver was cited for allegedly leaving an animal inside a hot vehicle on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

4:13 p.m., traffic accident — No one was injured in a traffic accident on Stockton Road at South Washington Street.

4:17 p.m., public intoxication — A 21-year-old man on the 100 block of South Washington Street was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after he allegedly harassed patrons inside a bar.

7:40 p.m., theft — A bicycle was stolen from a garage on the 400 block of Golden Street.

9:29 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said two people were parked in a car outside a closed business in the Sonora Crossroad shopping center.

YESTERDAY

2:02 a.m., property damage — A caller on the 200 block of Greenley Road said a rock was thrown through a rear window of the house.

9:25 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — A vehicle parked on Highways 49 and 26 was vandalized.

1:09 p.m., Angels Camp — A vehicle parked at Frogtown RV Park was broken into and items stolen.

1:34 p.m., Vallecito — A caller said checks stolen from a house on the 200 block of Little Valley Lane were cashed.

4:13 p.m., Burson — A caller on the 13900 block of Cobb Lane said someone came to the house and put in a concrete slab without permission.

4:57 p.m., Valley Springs — A video game machine, video games, jewelry and movies valued at $500 were stolen from a house on the 2100 block of Britton Court.

9:12 p.m., Altaville — A caller said someone was blowing a whistle. A deputy checked and found a neighbor on the 2700 block of Meacham Ranch Road stuck in an empty swimming pool without a ladder.

10:13 p.m., Murphys — A woman on the 1000 block of Laurel Court said neighbor boys are harassing her.

11:39 p.m., West Point — A man on the 600 block of Smitty Lane said an allegedly drunken man needed a ride to town. A deputy found the man, who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Amador County, and gave the man a ride to jail.

11:50 p.m., Arnold — A caller on the 2000 block of El Dorado Drive said neighbors were washing a boat, kids were running around and dogs were barking causing a disturbance.

TUESDAY

8:22 a.m., San Andreas — Gary Wayne Lee, 34, 5900 block of Chuck Wagon, Copperopolis, booked on a warrant charging him with drug possession after he turned himself in at the county jail. He was cited and released.

9:32 a.m., San Andreas — Thomas Andrew Greco, 51, 600 block of Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, booked on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He turned himself in at the jail lobby, was booked and released.

2:15 p.m., San Andreas — Tiberio F. Chaves, 40, 12500 block of Harny Lane, Lodi, booked on out-of-county warrants charging him with felony battery, criminal conspiracy, possessing ephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and violating his probation. Chaves was arrested in jail while in custody on other charges. He remained held this morning in lieu of $125,000 bail.

3:13 p.m., San Andreas — Ronald Edward Oliver, 57, 2700 block of Lyons Bald Mountain Road, Sonora, booked on suspicion of selling and possessing a controlled substance after an arrest at the county jail where he was being held on other matters. He remained held in lieu of $80,000 bail this morning.
