THURSDAY

8:33 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 18200 block of Ninth Avenue said a bald man wearing a black jacket was pointing a gun at a car and a nearby residence.

11:41 a.m., Tuolumne — A caller on the 19700 block of Mi Wuk Street said a wallet containing a driver's license, credit cards and cash was stolen from a kitchen table.

2:13 p.m., East Sonora — A man at an undisclosed address on Highway 108 said his vehicle was burglarized overnight and that $1,950 worth of CDs were taken.

4:01 p.m., Twain Harte — A purple bicycle was stolen from a house on the 22900 block of Joaquin Gully Road.

4:02 p.m., Twain Harte — A boy's black bicycle was stolen from a house on the 18800 block of Middle Camp Road.

5:49 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 10300 block of Preston Lane said several people were fighting, including two women, and a baby is crying.

5:53 p.m., East Sonora — A Sonora Sports and Fitness Center employee reported people may be using an outside shower, pool and hot tub at night when the center is closed.

7:09 p.m., Jamestown — A 24-year-old woman was booked on suspicion of public drunkenness on Fifth Avenue.

7:18 p.m., Twain Harte — A woman said kids on the 22000 block of Placer Drive are shooting off fireworks at a house where parents are not at home.

8:07 p.m., Phoenix Lake Road area — A man on the 21900 block of El Oso Way said people in a red sedan threw a "football-sized" rock through the windshield of his car.

8:33 p.m., Sonora area — A woman on the 20500 block of Columbia Way said items were taken from her house, possibly by a former tenant.

10:24 p.m., Tuolumne — A teenage boy causing a public disturbance on Elm Avenue was turned over to his aunt by a deputy.

10:26 p.m., Campo Seco area — A woman on the 18100 block of Sleepy Hollow Road said when she turned on lights to check why a window was being opened at her house, she heard someone running away.

11:21 p.m., Jamestown — A 20-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance on French Flat Road.

FRIDAY

12:35 a.m., Jamestown area — A caller on the 11000 block of McKibbin Drive said a man was on the roof of a nearby home. The man was seen toilet-papering that house and several others in the neighborhood.

1:48 p.m., Jamestown — A caller on the 10300 block of Preston Lane called asking for advice on purchasing a gun for protection.

2:11 p.m., Groveland — A caller on the 10800 block of Rock Canyon Way said he lost his cell phone three weeks ago and has been unable to find it.

2:17 p.m., La Grange — A welfare check was requested for a man who did not show up for work and did not answer his phone.

3:28 p.m., Sonora — A man calling from the 20900 block of Highway 108 said a bag containing checks and cash was stolen from CJ's Sunshine Station.

4:40 p.m., Jamestown — A man calling from the 17900 block of Seco Street said several friends of his common-law wife were outside his apartment staring at him. He further said all of them were drug addicts and that he (the caller) feared for his 7-year-old son.

5:08 p.m., Jamestown — A caller from the 10300 block of Preston Lane said someone broke into her storage unit.

5:47 p.m.,Don Pedro — A caller on the 13600 block of Pino Court said he just returned home after three days away to find a dead blackbird in his toilet. The toilet's lid was down. The same thing happened to him a year ago, the caller said.

6:26 p.m., Jamestown — A caller on an undisclosed block of Highway 108 said people sitting in a small silver Dodge truck with a dirtbike in the bed had been parked in back of a fork lift shop for the past half hour. The caller suspected drug activity.

6:35 p.m., Columbia — A man on the 23400 block of Porcina Way said he noticed a broken window in his vacationing neighbor's shop. When he looked inside, he saw that the neighbor's Craftsman tractor was missing.

6:49 p.m., Jamestown — A caller Main Street said seven homeless-looking people were drinking alcohol in Rocca Park.

8:01 p.m., Sonora — A caller on the 17500 block of Lime Kiln Road said a hospitalized woman had an allergic reaction to an alcoholic drink bought by her stepson who knew she shouldn't have had the drink.

8:57 p.m., East Sonora — A woman providing child care at Sierra Bible Church on the 15100 block of Tuolumne Road said about 10 carloads of teenagers pulled into the parking lot and were opening their trunks.

SATURDAY

1:04 a.m., Sonora — A caller on the 20200 block of Grouse Way said her husband was threatening her and her mother's lives. Sheriff's officials have told the couple before that there is nothing they can do for the woman and her "drunken husband/roommate" and that the two need to move away from each other.

7:37 a.m., Twain Harte — A caller on the 18900 block of Huron Drive reported the theft of a wheel cover from his recreational vehicle. The caller suspected celebrating college graduates may have stolen the cover.

9:49 a.m., Big Hill — A caller on the 16100 block of Big Hill Road said a man against whom he has a restraining order called him, asked him for a ride home from the hospital and explained that he couldn't think of anyone else to pick him up.

10:29 a.m., East Sonora — A caller on the 24300 block of Wild Horse Lane said a storage unit under his rental home had been broken into and that an unregistered Indian motorcycle was missing.

10:49 a.m., Jamestown — A caller on an undisclosed block of Shell Road said two Hispanic-looking teenagers were skulking around parked cars and looked guilty when they saw the caller watching them. They darted behind some bushes and were later seen walking away.

11:03 a.m., Sonora area — A caller attending a baby shower on the 19300 block of Cordelia Avenue said a man in his 80s walked through the house looking confused and asking if they were having a yard sale. The man left in four-door Kia.

11:32 a.m., Pinecrest — A woman called to report a man selling firewood out of his pickup on Pinecrest Lake Road. The caller said she is the only one with a permit to sell firewood in the area.

12:53 p.m., Tuolumne — A man on the 20300 block of Half Mile Road said after receiving the service bill on his daughter's stolen cell phone, he had a list of possible suspects.

1:02 p.m., Soulsbyville — A caller on the 16300 block of Draper Mine Road said two men were stopping at homes and asking residents "How do we look in these sunglasses?" The caller believed the two were "casing the area."

1:33 p.m., Jamestown — A man calling from the Smoke Cafe on the 18100 block of Main Street said a man with a shaved head and lots of hickeys on his neck and a woman with tattoos on her back left without paying for the 12 lunches they ordered. The caller estimated the loss at $140.

4:32 p.m., Sonora area — A caller driving past Sonora Tire and Brake on Tuolumne Road said three men appeared to be digging through a pile of tires. One man was wearing a multi-colored swimsuit.

6:53 p.m., Groveland — A caller on the 19500 block of Ferretti Road reported the theft of drywall tools.

8:30 p.m., Columbia — A woman calling from the 22300 block of Bennett Road said a man just threw a bicycle on her.

8:58 p.m., Tuolumne — A caller on an undisclosed block of Pine Street said two females were fighting in the middle of the street. Both were wearing shorts and tank tops. No weapons were seen.

SUNDAY

8:19 a.m., Columbia — The owner of the Springfield Trout Farm on the 21900 block of Springfield Road said $813 and candy were stolen from his business sometime during the night.

11:49 a.m., East Sonora — A clerk at Flyer's on the 13700 block of Mono Way said the driver of a white sedan drove off without paying for $8.80 worth of gas.

THURSDAY

12:38 p.m., Sonora — Rita Nina Floyd, 51, 21500 block of Fern Lane, Sonora, booked on suspicion of using another person's identification for fraudulent purposes. She was in custody on other matters and remained held without bail this morning.

9:59 p.m., Sonora — Dave Michael Large, 33, 21700 block of El Oso Way, Sonora, booked on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer, a felony, and misdemeanor drunken driving after an arrest in the parking lot at Sonora Crossroads shopping center. He was released Friday after posting $10,000 bail.

Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol:

Rhett Schuller, 31, 700 block of East Oakside Drive, Sonora, booked at 1:05 a.m. Thursday after arrest on Carter Street at Buchanan Mine Road, Tuolumne.

Hunter Hamilton Tuck, 22, 3000 block of Binkley Avenue, Dallas, booked at 3:15 a.m. Thursday after arrest on Tuolumne Road at Wards Ferry Road.

Sonora police reports

THURSDAY

2:22 a.m., traffic violation — A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended license on the 200 block of Greenley Road.

7 a.m. theft — Two construction signs were stolen from a work area on North Stewart Street.

8:54 a.m., traffic accident — No one was injured when a parked car was hit by the driver of another vehicle on the 200 block of South Stewart Street.

2:25 p.m., animal complaints — A caller said a dog was possibly being abused on the 200 block of Greenley Road. An animal control officer talked to the owner, who denied harming the dog.

3:34 p.m., theft — A caller said four young children were in Pine Tree Peddlers on South Washington Street before the manager discovered money was missing. One child was cited and released to a parent.

3:37 p.m., theft — A backpack was reported stolen from Sonora Elementary School.

6:10 p.m., parking violation — A caller said a small black vehicle was parked in the same spot on the 40 block of North Poplar Street for over two months.

9:28 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller on the 300 block of South Stewart Street said a sensor light came on at a neighbor's house.

FRIDAY

1:35 a.m., fight — Officers received a report of several people fighting in front of Sonora Inn on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

9:01 a.m., animal complaints — A caller from Ridge Road said he heard someone calling for help. It was later discovered that a "dog had a woman and her dog trapped" before it ran off.

2:45 p.m., animal complaints — A woman calling from Wal-Mart on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road said a dog was in distress in a silver Honda Civic. The car was gone when officers arrived.

5:11 p.m., found property — A blue mountain bike was found behind an old bank building on the 100 block of Stockton Street.

SATURDAY

1:40 a.m., property damage — A man asked to leave by the bar staff of the Sonora Inn on the 100 block of South Washington Street started breaking things.

2:21 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A 6-year-old girl was left in front of Wal-Mart on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road with a "small animal." When her grandmother was paged, the older woman seemed disoriented and unconcerned for the safety of the girl.

6:57 p.m., property damage — A caller on the 200 block of Greenley Road said her apartment was broken into.

7:35 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman in a sun dress walking a tan dog was verbally harassing people on the sidewalk on the 100 block of South Washington Street as they passed her. She was advised not to harass other people.

10:29 p.m., theft — A caller whose tools were stolen were three weeks ago said he saw them in the trunk of a car parked in a Greenley Road apartment complex.

11:00 p.m., harassment — A caller on the 100 block of Banner Drive said all her neighbors were spying on her and harassing her.

10:07 a.m., Valley Springs — A caller on Heineman Street said he could hear a loud alarm coming from the next road over. A deputy checked and found a septic tank alarm going off.

10:09 a.m., Douglas Flat — A caller said the owner of a vehicle in Sam Berri Towing yard was causing a disturbance.

10:36 a.m., Camp Connell — A caller on the 4700 block of Hokan Circle said a shed was burglarized and items stolen from it.

10:53 a.m., West Point — A caller said a lawn sprinkler was stolen from a house on the 1000 block of Bald Mountain Road.

3:58 p.m., West Point — A solar panel was stolen from a CDF fire station on Hermit Springs Road.

8 p.m., Wallace — A caller on the 6000 block of Highway 12 said money was stolen from a safe.

7:27 a.m., West Point — A caller on Barney Way and Highway 26 reported vandalism to landscape materials.

7:51 a.m., West Point — A caller reported a case of vandalism on Barney Way and Highway 26.

8:06 a.m., Angels Camp — A caller on the 2600 block of Highway 49 reported vandalism to a car parked at Oars, a business on the highway.

9:42 a.m., Angles Camp — Vandalism to signs was reported by a caller on the 2800 block of Highway 49.

3:41 p.m., Copperopolis — A caller on the 3600 block of Snowbird Court reported vandalism to a mailbox.

4:23 p.m., Hathaway Pines — A caller on the 4800 block of Darby Russell Road said a model train set was stolen.

6:11 p.m., Burson — A caller on the 3700 block of Burson Road said a neighbor was hitting golf balls into the caller's yard.

6:36 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A caller at Mokelumne Hill ballpark said the restrooms were severely vandalized and "the basins and sinks looked like a sledge hammer had been taken to them."

11:29 p.m., San Andreas — A caller on the 500 block of Sunset Street said a large group was fighting in the middle of the street.

THURSDAY

12:30 a.m., Jenny Lind — An escaped debris burn was reported on Jenny Lind Road near Kirby Road. No dollar damage was reported to a half-acre of grass. Freddie Garrett of Valley Springs owns the land. California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and Foothill Fire Protection District responded.
