TUOLUMNE COUNTY Sheriff's reports MONDAY 7:50 a.m., Sonora Meadows A Sullivan Creek Elementary School maintenance man said seven benches were broken and estimated damage atabout $250e. 9:30 a.m., Tuolumne A man on the 20200 block of Canyonview Drive said a bag of trash was dropped off at the bottom of his driveway. 10:09 a.m., East Sonora A PG&E employee said a vehicle parked in a company lot on the 14500 block of Tuolumne Road was vandalized. 10:12 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village A man on the 24000 block of Pela Road said a handgun was stolen from his house, but he did not know when. 10:44 a.m., Cedar Ridge A caller on the 16900 block of Broken Pine Road said a neighbor continues to throw rocks at the her dogs. The woman said she has bought a device to train the dogs, but it takes three weeks to work. The man who was throwing rocks told a deputy he will allow time for the dogs to behave and will stop throwing rocks. 1:07 p.m., Don Pedro Reservoir A woman said a boat docked at Moccasin Point Marina was burglarized. Clothing, bathroom supplies, tools and prescription sunglasses, together valued at $400 were reported stolen. 1:50 p.m., Jamestown area A woman on the 17400 block of Highway 108 said a barbed-wire fence on her property was cut in the last two weeks. She said there were motorcycle tracks crossing onto her property where the fence was cut. 5:04 p.m., Jamestown A man said about two dozen children were behind Jamestown Elementary School arguing, pushing and shoving. 6:26 p.m., Twain Harte A woman said a man at a coin laundry on Joaquin Gully Road was drinking alcohol while sitting inside a yellow pickup. After the man left, the woman gave the man's license plate number to a dispatcher. 7:12 p.m., Chinese Camp A caller said two men were seen walking down Red Hills Road carrying a rifle. A deputy determined the weapon was a pellet gun. YESTERDAY 12:08 a.m., Cedar Ridge A caller said there was a party at a house on Appaloosa Way near Mt. Elizabeth Drive, with minors drinking alcohol. Felony bookings YESTERDAY 8:25 p.m., Sonora I.C. Stringfellow, 39, 20100 block of Jamestown Road, Sonora, booked on warrants charging him with possessing a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and failure to appear. He turned himself in at the county jail and remained in custody this morning in lieu of $20,000 bail. Sonora police reports MONDAY 5:07 a.m., suspicious circumstances A resident on the 60 block of South Norlin Street said the doors to a nearby office are wide open. 8:04 a.m., traffic accident A non-injury crash was reported on North Norlin Street. 8:59 a.m., public peace A 911 caller from an apartment on the 200 block of Greenley Road said a neighbor was yelling "I'm going to kick your butt." 2:39 p.m., public peace A man said he had an argument with two skateboarders in front of a business on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road. He said he wanted to get a restraining order, but only knew the first name of one of the kids. 6:13 p.m., traffic accident A non-injury crash was reported on the 500 block of Stewart Street. 7:10 p.m., suspicious circumstances Someone said a car had a shopping cart on top of it in the Sonora Crossroads parking lot. 9:44 p.m., suspicious circumstances Several people were seen near the Greenley Oaks Medical Center on Greenley Road. 11:51 p.m., suspicious circumstances Several cones were placed on Snell Street near the turn off to Sonora Knolls.
