The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

12:43 a.m., vandalism — A woman threw a bottle at, and dumped soda on, her ex-husband’s vehicle on South Barretta Street.

2:34 a.m., burglary — A purse was stolen out of a vehicle parked in a Sanguinetti Road parking lot.

5:49 a.m., theft — A mountain bike was stolen from a South Norlin Steet residence.

8:16 a.m., traffic accident — An elderly woman hit multiple parked vehicles on Greenley Road.

12:10 p.m., traffic accident — A two-vehicle accident occurred on Greenley Road.

3:39 p.m., assault — A woman reported being grabbed by the arm while on South Washington Street.

6:22 p.m., theft — A woman was shoplifting at a Sanguinetti Road store.

7:49 p.m., theft — Theft of gas was reported on Pesce Way.

SATURDAY

2:21 a.m., public intoxication — A man was being extremely combative at a Mono Way business before jumping the fence and fleeing toward downtown. Officers were unable to locate him.

3:25 p.m., traffic accident — A woman backed her vehicle into a truck in a Sanguinetti Road parking lot.

6:35 p.m., public peace — A group of transients was bothering customers in front of a Sanguinetti Road store.

10:55 p.m., weapons violation — Multiple gunshots were heard on North Shepherd Street.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

10:40 a.m., Sonora area — A woman on Moyle Road thought someone tried to break into her residence.

1:38 p.m., Sonora area — A naked man was reportedly seen in a drainage ditch on Highway 49 near Rawhide Road. When law enforcement arrived, the man was wearing shorts, socks, shoes and no shirt and said he was never naked.

2:04 p.m., Sonora area — A Gibbs Drive resident reported losing $7,000 in a scam.

2:26 p.m., Soulsbyville — A man on Willow Springs Drive reported multiple charges on his bank account.

2:48 p.m., Jamestown — A man on Wigwam Road said a neighbor came into his house while he was gone and drank three of his beers. The neighbor reportedly came over and tried to pay him back for the beers.

2:56 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on Jacksonville Road said a man spit on her and her nephew while they were walking.

4:07 p.m., Groveland — A woman on Ferretti Road reported jewelry stolen from her vehicle.

6:05 p.m., Sonora area — A trailer with a horse inside was seen parked in the hot sun at a Mono Way restaurant.

6:35 p.m., Jamestown — A group of young men was reportedly taking drugs on the Jamestown Elementary School campus.

7:05 p.m., Columbia — A man on Becky River Lane said his wife hit him in the face during an altercation.

7:35 p.m., Jamestown — A suspicious vehicle was reported on Harvard Mine Road with multiple men inside. The men ended up being on a treasure hunt for the Mother Lode Roundup.

SATURDAY

1:28 a.m., Jamestown — Two teenage boys were riding bicycles near Main Street without lights or helmets.

12:30 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman on Tuolumne Road North said her son threw hot coffee on her and spit in her face.

1:36 p.m., Sonora area — A man on Colorado River Drive said he found his stolen fishing pole inside a tenant’s apartment.

2:16 p.m., Leavitt Peak — A skier with a broken leg was reported at about 10,000 feet near Highway 395. The group had beacons and a satellite phone with them.

4:25 p.m., Tuolumne — A man reportedly hit a woman and kids during a fight on Tuolumne Road.

4:57 p.m., Sonora area — A woman on Wards Ferry Road said a man was trimming her weeds without permission.

6:22 p.m., Columbia — A burglary was reported on Parrotts Ferry Road.

6:37 p.m., Jamestown — A man on Fifth Avenue said several pickets were stolen from his fence.

7:35 p.m., Jamestown — A suspicion man was messing with a trailer on North Drive.

9:20 p.m., groveland — Multiple people were walking behind a residence on Dunn Court with flashlights.

11:05 p.m., Twain Harte — Someone was burning material on Laramie Road.

3:50 p.m., Mono Vista — Sean Michael Richie, 30, of the 20800 block of Longeway Road, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of hit and run resulting in death or injury, driving under the influence with death or bodily injury and driving with a suspended license after an arrest at Soulsbyville Road and Sunshine Road.

1:50 a.m., Sonora — Brittany Alyssa Darone, 25, of the zero block of Elk Drive, Sonora, was booked after an arrest on Washington Street and Shaws Flat Road.

3 a.m., Sonora — Jeffrey Lee Tennant, 22, of Winton, was booked after an arrest on Mono Way at South Barretta Street.

SUNDAY

4:49 a.m., Sonora area — Erick Shane Ringo, 31, of the 15000 block of Blue Bell Way, was booked on suspicion of assault after an arrest at his home.

4:47 p.m., Copperopolis — People on Black Creek Drive were playing loud music. 

8:00 p.m., Copperopolis — Someone heard “loud Mexican music” at Feather Drive and Pinon Court.

3:20 p.m., West Point — Darrel Jay Newman, 49, of the 300 block of Winton Road, was booked on suspicion of assault after an arrest at his home. 

9:07 p.m., San Andreas — Jo Ann Williams, 52, of the 200 block of Main Street, was booked on suspicion of assault after an arrest at her home.

4:19 a.m., Valley Springs — Joshua David Chandler, 19, of the 1400 block of Bordeau Drive, Stockton, was booked on suspicion of assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. 

SUNDAY

2:59 a.m., Copperopolis — Brandon Keith Davis, 31, of the 2400 block of Pamo Court, was booked on suspicion of possession and concealing a knife, drug possession and misdemeanors possession of marijuana and being under the influence of drugs, after an arrest at Ranch Road and Reeds Turnpike.

8:01 p.m., Angels Camp — Mark Daniel Little, 31, of the 900 block of Yolo Street, Manteca, was booked after an arrest at Highway 4 and Highway 49. 

10:31 p.m., Angels Camp — Michael Jeffrey Kemerer, 63, of the 600 block of Capello Drive, was booked after an arrest at North Main Street and Clifton Lane.
