The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

6:20 p.m., theft — A car was stolen from Greenley Road after the owner left his keys inside. 

8:01 p.m., theft — A hose was taken from a business on Fairview Lane. 

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

6:49 a.m., La Grange — A man on Valverde Way complained to dispatchers about illegal immigrants who he believed got special treatment. 

2:56 p.m., Sierra Village — A woman was screaming and yelling at a business on Highway 108. 

9:09 p.m., Sonora area — A man on Sparrow Lane was throwing and breaking dishes.

WEDNESDAY

12:38 a.m., Sonora — William Michael Curnow, 35, of the 20000 block of Nashua Road, was booked on suspicion of sexual assault and false imprisonment after an arrest at his home. 

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

9:23 a.m., Valley Springs — A person on McAtee Street found animal remains wrapped in canvas and dumped on a trail. 

2:36 p.m., Valley Springs — A car window was broken on Garner Place. 

8:55 p.m., Valley Springs — A person was acting suspiciously at a church on Baldwin Street.

4:54 p.m., Angels Camp — Patricia Dianne Coffman, 56, of the 3000 block of Murphys Grade Road, was booked after an arrest on the 200 block of South Main Street.

12:54 a.m., Angels Camp— Charles Floyd Miller Jr., 65, of an unknown block of Main Street, Copperopolis, was booked after an arrest on Highway 4 and Angel Oaks Drive. 

7:40 p.m., Valley Springs — Brian James Abraham, 39, of the 1000 block of Bret Harte Drive, Angels Camp, was booked after an arrest on Highway 12.
