The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

8:48 a.m., animal complaints — A woman said a dog on East Bald Mountain Road attacked her dog.

4:13 p.m., disorderly conduct — A man was outside a residence on North Shepherd Street yelling for a man to come out and fight. 

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

2:42 p.m. Long Barn — Someone on Tamarack Avenue said his neighbor put up a fence blocking access to his home. The neighbor believed there was an easement for the fence. 

 4:32 p.m. Sonora area — Someone said a motorhome was parked on his property without permission. The campers were given trespass warnings.

5:29 p.m., East Sonora — A man took cans and bottles out of a garbage can at a Mono Way business. 

11:17 p.m., Twain Harte — A Scofield Road man said a woman harassed him excessively and violated a temporary restraining order. He was concerned because the order was set to expire Wednesday.

TUESDAY

3:59 a.m., Sonora — Jerod Dwayne Coslow, 39, of the 22000 block of Elizabeth Lane, was booked on suspicion of drug possession and false imprisonment after an arrest on the 400 block of West Stockton Road. 

10:24 a.m., Sonora — Russell Allan Lee Jr., 25, of the 400 block of Russell Road, San Andreas, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs for sale after an arrest on the 300 block of South Washington Street.

10:24 a.m., Sonora — Briaunna Marie Pender, 20, of the 1000 block of Preston Lane, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs for sale after an arrest on the 300 block of  South Washington Street.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

8:51 a.m. San Andreas — A shoplifter was detained at a store on East St. Charles Street.

8:52 a.m. Murphys — Items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Main Street Thursday night.

9:10 a.m. Angels Camp — A semi-truck swerved over double-yellow lines on Highway 49 and Cosgrave Road.

9:28 a.m. Wilseyville — A forged $5 bill was reported on Blizzard Mine Road. 

5:01 p.m. Valley Springs — Someone was arrested for public intoxication and local and out-of-county warrants after an arrest on Highway 12 and Pine Street. 

6:14 p.m. Murphys — A fight was reported on Main Street.

10:50 p.m. Wilseyville — A fight was reported on Blue Mountain Road.

TUESDAY

9 a.m. San Andreas — Kyle Patrick Cox, 32, of an unspecified address in Arnold, was booked on suspicion of second-degree burglary after an arrest 100 block of East St. Charles Street. 

8:41 p.m., Douglas Flat — Arthur Lee Alexander, 74, of the 1000 block of Sugar Pine Way, was booked on suspicion of battery and misdemeanor driving under the influence after an arrest at his home.

5:39 p.m., Valley Springs — Daniel Scott Galbraith, 22, of the 2000 block of Heinemann Drive, was booked after an arrest at Highway 12 and Pine Street.
