TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

6:42 a.m., theft — A woman on Fairview Lane said someone came into her house in the middle of the night and took her bank card. She called back and said that the card was found.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

10:11 a.m., Soulsbyville — Someone on Clouds Rest Drive received an explicit text message from a man. He said his phone was stolen and he would never send a video “like that.” 

12:14 p.m., Jamestown — Someone on Mill Villa Road asked a deputy if it was unlawful to picket. 

3:07 p.m., Jamestown — A man found a “baggie of white powdery substance” on Red Hills Road. A deputy collected the white powder and tested it for drugs. The test came back negative and the powder was thrown away.

5:16 p.m., Tuolumne — Someone asked a deputy for extra patrol on 18000 block of Fir Avenue because there were ongoing problems with aggressive behavior at an adult dodgeball game. 

6:23 p.m., Sonora area — Someone said there were squatters at a house on Kewin Mill Road, and they removed the “no trespassing signs.” Deputies checked the residence and found that people had been renting the home for a month.

7:43 p.m., East Sonora — Dustin Conrad Keuter, 25, transient, was booked on suspicion of vandalism and assault after an arrest on 14000 block of Peaceful Valley Road.

9:05 p.m., East Sonora — Jeffrey Scott Timm, 53, of the 14000 block of Mono Way, was booked after an arrest at Mono Way and Standard Road. 

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

8:24 a.m., Valley Springs — An argument was reported on St. Andrews Drive.

8:38 a.m., Valley Springs — A guest of a home on Bullion Hill Drive refused to leave.

9:52 a.m., San Andreas — Someone said that “older juveniles” were skateboarding and misbehaving at a park on Treat Avenue. 

4:52 p.m., Murphys — Someone on Main Street received an “unusual text message.”

7:35 p.m., Jenny Lind — Someone was arrested after a fight at on Gregory Road.
