TUOLUMNE COUNTY 

The Sonora Police Department reported the following: 

SUNDAY 

7:50 a.m., warrant arrests — A person was arrested and booked on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on South Washington Street. 

11:10 a.m., weapons violations — A person was walking on the railroad tracks swinging a machete on South Washington Street. 

MONDAY 

7:54 a.m., theft — Gas was stolen on North Shepherd Street.

9:31 a.m. vandalism — A window was damaged over the weekend at a business on South Washington Street. 

2:25 p.m., vandalism — Windows were scratched at a business on South Washington Street. 

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following: 

SUNDAY 

10:11 a.m., Groveland — An assault occurred on the 18700 block of Main Street. 

11:01 a.m., Sonora — A man was walking while swinging a machete on Lime Kiln Road and Highway 108.

11:27 a.m., Crystal Falls — A man reported that a package delivered to his home was ripped open and the contents were stolen on the 21900 block of Feather River Drive. 

1:06 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said a man grabbed another woman and threw her on the 10200 block of Preston Lane. 

1:39 p.m., Sonora — A home was broken into on the 19800 block of Villa Drive. 

4:32 p.m., Sonora area — A woman on the 21700 block of Belleview Creek Road found an ice chest in front of her gate. She said someone was trying to pry the gate open.

MONDAY 

7:02 a.m., Twain Harte — A burglary occurred at a residence under construction on the 23300 block of Quail Drive. 

8:35 a.m., Columbia — The back window of a car was shot out while driving on Quail Mine Road and Four Wheel Drive. 

9:41 a.m., Tuolumne — A shed at an apartment building was broken into on the 18400 block of Tuolumne Road.

11:11 a.m., Sonora — A woman sold her car and said the buyer gave her a fraudulent check from the bank on the 14500 block of Wards Ferry Road. 

12:44 p.m., Twain Harte — A burglary occurred on the 18900 block of Sequoia Drive. 

12:48 p.m., Sonora — A saw, pole saw and two sewing machines were stolen on the 8800 block of Highway 49. 

12:53 p.m., Tuolumne — A man said a group of people were trespassing on his property on the 18300 block of Tuolumne Road. 

3:51 p.m., Columbia — Two neighbors fought on the 22900 block of Hudson Road. 

4:34 p.m., Columbia —Items, including cash and an iPod, were stolen from a house on the 22000 Sawmill Flat Road. 

9:14 p.m., Jamestown — Five flood lights were taken from the front of a house on the 18000 block of Third Avenue. 

9:37 p.m., Jamestown — A wagon was stolen on the 18800 block of Rawhide Road. 

Felony bookings 

SUNDAY 

3:17 a.m., Tuolumne — Jose Roberto Bran-Beiza, 32, of the 200 block of Santa Fe Avenue, Empire, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road. 

9:20 p.m. Tuolumne — Rafael Ochoa Cuevasceja, 25, of the 600 block of Jasper Street, San Jose, was booked on suspicion of credit card theft and the conspiracy to commit a crime after an arrest on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road. 

9:20 p.m., Tuolumne — Toua Philalouang Vang, 34, of 400 Jill Circle in Stockton, was booked on suspicion of credit card theft and crime conspiracy after an arrest on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road. 

10 p.m. Tuolumne — Chane Anne Xiong, 29, a transient from Stockton, was booked on suspicion of credit card theft and the conspiracy to commit a crime after an arrest on the 19400 block of  Tuolumne Road.

SUNDAY 

2:12 a.m., Sonora — Vincent Chavez Carrillo, 29, of the 600 block of Camulos Street, Los Angeles, was booked after an arrest on South Washington Street. 

3:51 a.m., Sonora — Michael Anthony Winkler, 26, of the 12700 block of Tulip Court, Sonora, was booked after an arrest on Elizabeth Lane at Anderson Road.

The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office reported the following: 

SUNDAY

8:22 a.m., Arnold — A domestic fight occurred on Highway 4. 

8:44 a.m., San Andreas — An arrest was made on three local warrants on Market Street. 

10:01 a.m., Copperopolis — A fight occurred on Signal Hill. 

10:12 a.m., Arnold — A fight was reported on Highway 4. 

11:02 a.m., Railroad Flat — A fight occurred on Ridge Road. 

1:08 p.m., Arnold — A couple argued on Highway 4 because the husband allegedly took his wife’s pain pills.

2:06 p.m., West Point — Items were stolen from a Meadow View Road property. 

MONDAY

8:48 a.m., San Andreas — An arrest was made on a local warrant on Mountain Ranch Road. 

9:23 a.m., San Andreas — Someone broke outdoor lights at an apartment complex on Lewis Avenue. 

12:59 p.m., Railroad Flat — An argument occurred between a landlord and tenant on Ridge Road.

2:51 p.m., Copperopolis — An argument occurred on Deerfield Circle. 

4:27 p.m., Vallecito — Two roommates fought on Parrotts Ferry Road. 

4:28 p.m., Valley Springs — An argument occurred on Quail Oaks Road. 

8:33 p.m., Copperopolis — Two siblings fought on Poker Flat Road. 

10:28 p.m., San Andreas — A person yelled for help on Union Mine Court. 

Felony Bookings 

FRIDAY 

12:20 a.m., San Andreas — Jason Wesley Andahl, 29, of the 500 block of Sunset Street, San Andreas, was booked on suspicion of violating the conditions of his parole after an arrest on the 580 block of Sunset Street. 

10:35 a.m., Copperopolis — James Odell McChristian, 45, of the 4200 block of Buckboard Road in Copperopolis, was booked on charges of failing to appear in court, and displaying false registration after an arrest outside of Calaveras County Superior Court.  

11:01 p.m., Arnold — Jimmy Blake Terry, 27, of the 700 block of Algiers Street, was booked on suspicion of violating the conditions of his parole after an arrest on Lakemont Drive. 

SATURDAY

9:30 a.m., San Andreas — John Raymond Schugart, 28, of the 17600 block of Mokelumne Hill, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled substance and DUI after an arrest on the 8000 block of Mountain Ranch Road.

SATURDAY 

1:40 a.m., Valley Springs — Vanessa Diego, 25, of the 6800 block of Harding Road, was booked after an arrest on Highway 26 at Saint Andrews Road.

11:52 p.m., San Andreas— David Knox, 53, of the 500 block of Kirst Drive in Woodbridge, was booked after an arrest on the Dogtown and Highway 49.

SUNDAY

12:09 a.m., Copperopolis — Kimberly Marie Jackson, 45, of the 1100 block of 8th Avenue in Fairbanks, Ark., was booked after an arrest on O’Byrnes Ferry Road at Black Creek Drive.
