Nathan James        ‘Nate’ Yeisley

Nov. 27, 1980 — July 14, 2013

Jamestown resident Nathan James “Nate” Yeisley died July 14 at his home. He was 32.

Mr. Yeisley was born in Sonora to Marylin and James Yeisley.

He graduated from Summerville High School in 1999, where he was active in Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, Future Farmers of America and dramatic arts. 

He volunteered as a sound technician at Stage 3 Theater Co. and performed in “Inspecting Carol” in 2007.

He worked at Orchard Supply Hardware and Kelly Moore Paints. 

Mr. Yeisley is survived by his parents, Marylin and James Yeisley, of Jamestown; siblings, Beverly Nelson, of Sacramento, and Kathy Thomas, of Sonora; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of  will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Hurst Ranch Park, 17405 Highway 108, Jamestown.

GILL — John Gill, 81, of Sonora, died Sunday at his home. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.

HUMMEL — Donald Hummel, 90, of Jamestown, died Sunday at Sonora Regional Medical Center. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.

KNOWLES — Wilma Knowles, 80, of Jamestown, died Sunday at Sonora Regional Medical Center. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.

PERRY — William Perry, 86, of Sonora, died Sunday at Sonora Regional Medical Center. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.

MEAGHER — John Timothy Meagher, 69, of Jamestown, died July 9 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 4985 Bullion St., Mariposa, a gathering will follow at the Mariposa fairgrounds, 5007 Fairgrounds Road. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements. 

MYLAR — June Mylar, 89, of Soulsbyville, died Monday at Sonora Regional Medical Center. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
