Sonora defender Leah Divine was selected to the Valley Oak League First Team while two other Wildcats earned Second Team All-League honors for the 2013 girls’ soccer season.

Divine, a senior, helped keep the Wildcats in every game with her stingy play on defense. She has played on varsity her entire high school career and served as a team captain for the past three seasons.

Sonora sophomores Celia Cotrone and Ryley McLaughlin were named to the Second Team at midfield and forward, respectively. Cats Ashley Derichweiller, Maria Chacon, Becky Bayer and Baylee Johnson earned honorable mentions.

The Wildcats finished 7-11 and 4-10 in the VOL.

Kimball head coach Ron Hattley was named Coach of the Year and Jaguar senior Adaurie Dayak was Most Valuable Player.
