CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

11:45 a.m., Copperopolis — Mail was stolen on Harmonia Pointe Way.

11:50 a.m., San Andreas — A possible drunk driver was reported on the 700 block of Mountain Ranch Road.

2:21 p.m., Avery — Concrete was dumped on a property on the 1000 block of Avery Sheep Ranch Road.

9:27 p.m., San Andreas — A possible drunk driver was reported at highways 49 and 12.

WEDNESDAY

10:46 a.m., Valley Springs — David Joseph Cirone, 51, of the 7400 block of Anderson Street, was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon with great bodily injury after an arrest at his home.

WEDNESDAY

11:10 p.m., Sheep Ranch — Daniel Richard Dietrich, 69, of the 9000 block of Sheep Ranch Road, was booked after an arrest on Highway 49 south of Fricot City Road.

TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

9:30 a.m., vandalism — Someone broke windows, possibly with a BB gun, on Upper Sunset Drive.

11:11 a.m., traffic violations — A 22-year-old man was cited on suspicion of driving without a license, no proof of insurance, improper display of license plates and a lighting equipment violation on at East Lyons Street and Dodge Lane.

1:59 p.m., traffic violation — A woman was holding a religious sign out the window while driving near Mono Way and Greenley Road, and she almost hit another vehicle.

2:32 p.m., warrant arrest — A 46-year-old man was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant at a business on the 1300 block of Sanguinetti Road.

3:13 p.m., reckless driving — A reckless driver was reported on Mono Way. The caller said the driver almost rear-ended her vehicle.  

4:30 p.m., arrest — A 40-year-old man was arrested on a warrant on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

8:46 a.m., Crystal Falls — A woman’s iPhone was stolen from a residence on the 21600 block of Eel River Drive. The woman said it may have been taken by people who were at her house overnight.

10:59 a.m., Sonora area — A man ordered $90 worth of wine labels to be delivered to his property on the 18200 block of Lambert Lake Road. The U.S. Post Office said the package was delivered but he never received it.

11:19 a.m., Jamestown — A 5-year-old girl’s identity was stolen.

12:43 p.m., Jamestown — A 14-year-old was in possession of marijuana at Jamestown Elementary School.

2:28 p.m., Columbia — Gold prospecting equipment, a diesel generator, tools and household items were stolen from a trailer on the 23200 block of Italian Bar Road sometime in the last year.

3:18 p.m., Columbia — Hubcaps, totaling about $280, were stolen from a truck on the 22400 block of South Airport Road.

4:19 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A teenager was carrying what appeared to be a handgun on the 24000 block of Pine Lake Drive. The caller was not sure if it was real.

6:34 p.m., Sonora area — An iPhone was stolen from a home on the 19400 block of Serrano Road.

7:19 p.m., East Sonora — A vegetation fire was reported at Moyle and Draper Mine roads.

7:20 p.m., Twain Harte — A 33-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest on the 22600 block of Golf Club Drive.

THURSDAY

2:12 a.m., East Sonora — A trash bin on the 13700 block of Mono Way was on fire.

9:45 a.m., Tuolumne — Yolanda Saucedo, 37, of the 1300 block of Cooper Avenue, Turlock, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road North.

9:45 a.m., Tuolumne — John Russell Owens, 34, of the 1300 block of Cooper Avenue, Turlock, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road North.

11:18 p.m., Jamestown — Ryles Duane Harvey Lewis Richards, 24, of an unknown address, was booked on suspicion of willful infliction of corporal injury to a spouse, cohabitant or co-parent after an arrest on the 10200 block of Preston Lane.
