CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

8:31 a.m., Valley Springs — A home on Hartvickson Lane was burglarized.

8:31 a.m., Valley Springs — A home on South Petersburg Road was burglarized.

12:21 p.m., Valley Springs — A residence on Hartvickson Lane was burglarized.

1:35 p.m., West Point — Battery was reported on Highway 26.

4:52 p.m., Valley Springs — People were shooting turkeys and aiming their guns toward a home on Hautly Lane. 

Felony bookings

THURSDAY

2:41 p.m., Angels Camp — Jordan Joshua Nhy, 21, and Elijah Richard Nhy, 24, both of the 200 block of Winchester Drive, Lodi, both booked on suspicion of possession of drugs and concentrated cannabis after being arrested on North Main Street. Elijah Nhy was also booked on misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended license.

8:22 p.m., Valley Springs — Julia Lynne Hall, 42, of the 5900 block of Rippon Road, was booked after an arrest on Rippon Road at Cane Lane.

TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

8:47 a.m., Tuolumne — Equipment was vandalized at Tuolumne and Westside roads.

1:22 p.m., Sonora area — A deceased woman’s residence on the 20100 block of Jamestown Road was broken into.

4:07 p.m., Sonora area — A man said four checks were written from his account and used at Placerville businesses.

4:46 p.m., Sonora area — A dog attacked a family on the 8600 block of Wilcox Ranch Road.

5:04 p.m., Jamestown — Equipment was damaged at Preston Lane and Seco Street. 

5:15 p.m., Twain Harte — A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia on Cabezut Court.

7:21 p.m., Sonora area — A 59-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Mono Way and Sullivan Creek Road.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

10:10 a.m., animal complaint — A woman said her neighbor’s dog charged at her. An officer spoke with someone who was watching the dog and the person agreed to relocate the dog.

10:37 a.m., reckless driving — Two speeding vehicles ran a stop sign at North Stewart and East Jackson streets.

10:52 a.m., traffic accident — Vehicles collided on the 1100 block of Mono Way and an infant had altered levels of consciousness.

1:08 p.m., theft — A phone was stolen from a vehicle on Columbia Way. 

2:54 p.m., public intoxication — A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at South Stewart and Theall streets.

7:06 p.m., warrant arrest — A 36-year-old woman was arrested on East Lyons Street on a felony warrant for check fraud.

7:56 p.m., warrant arrest — A 20-year-old man was arrested on Yaney Avenue on a misdemeanor warrants for possession of drugs, being under the influence of drugs and theft.

10:04 p.m., Jamestown — Ramon Mariano Diaz, 37, of the 10100 block of Peppermint Place, was booked after an arrest on Rawhide Road at Pulpit Rock Road. He was also booked on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license.
