TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

8:43 a.m., Jamestown — A residence for sale on the 18100 block of Golden Oaks Drive was broken into and copper was taken.

9:31 a.m., Sonora — A resident of the 19000 block of Jamestown Road reported credit card fraud.

9:59 a.m., Jamestown — A vehicle was broken into on the 18800 block of Chabroullian Lane. Items taken included oxycodone and a Kodak camera.

3:53 p.m., La Grange — A woman on the 13500 block of Canada Street said someone who took some of her deceased husband’s belongings and promised to return them is now refusing.

8:01 p.m., Phoenix Lake area — An arrest was made after law enforcement was called to a house about a 35-year-old man causing a disturbance and refusing to leave a backyard on the 20500 block of Brook Drive.

9:03 p.m., Standard — Twenty people with bats were arguing in the parking lot at Standard Park.

SATURDAY

1:50 a.m., East Sonora — A man was assaulted as he left an event on the 14900 block of Camage Avenue.

11:31 a.m., Tuolumne — A man and woman were arguing outside a house on Laurel Avenue near Cedar Street. When they went inside, it sounded like someone got slapped, then the man left in a pickup.

12:07 p.m., Columbia — A vehicle was broken into on the 10900 block of Green Street, and paperwork was taken.

SUNDAY

4:14 a.m., Jamestown — A drunk man was lying in the middle of the intersection at Peppermint Falls Road and Peppermint Court. Deputies gave him a ride home and spoke with his parents.

12:51 p.m., Tuolumne — A theft report was taken for a man claiming his wallet was stolen at Black Oak Casino the previous night.

1:07 p.m., Jamestown — Someone passed a counterfeit $5 bill at Subway on Highway 108.

2:25 p.m., Jamestown — A man on the 19200 block of Peppermint Falls Road said a rattlesnake was in his garage. He was provided the phone numbers of snake relocators.

3:29 p.m., Sonora area — A man returned to his rental house on the 22300 block of Belleview Road and noticed items missing from the bard. A green 2004 Honda Foreman quad and three portable air-conditioning units were stolen.

8:08 p.m., Sonora area — Andrew Thomas Sarina, 35, transient, was booked on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm, after an arrest on the 20500 block of Brook Drive.

SATURDAY

9:42 p.m., Jamestown — Matthew Brian Ramos, 41, of the 18600 block of Jamestown Road, was booked on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, after an arrest near Jamestown Car Wash.

SUNDAY

8 a.m., Jamestown — Frank Machado Fagundes, 33, of the 300 block of North Third Street, Oakdale, was booked on suspicion of drug possession and possession of concentrated cannabis, after an arrest on the 18300 block of Highway 108.

2:07 a.m., Sonora — Matthew Joseph Latham, 27, of the 100 block of North Stewart Street, was arrested at North Stewart and East Jackson streets.

7:49 p.m., Mono Vista — Daniel Raye Siegel, 44, of the 21600 block of Wasatch Mountain Drive, was arrested at Longeway Road and Niagara River Drive.

SATURDAY

3 a.m., Jamestown — Danielle Kristin Fairburn, 23, of the 1500 block of Quail Court, Turlock, was arrested at Highway 120 and Rushing Hill Look Out Road.

5:06 p.m., Lake Tulloch — Austin Cole Russell, 27, of the 10100 block of Sierra Road, Oakdale, was booked on suspicion of operating a watercraft while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8:30 p.m., Jamestown — Donald Todd Bishop, 50, of the 13800 block of Park Avenue, was arrested on Highway 108 south of Rawhide Road.

SUNDAY

2 a.m., Twain Harte — John Craig Walton, 22, of the 2700 block of Choctaw Road, Copperopolis, was arrested at Highway 108 and Golf Links Drive.

1:57 p.m., Lake Tulloch — Adam Gregory Bonifay, 25, of the 2500 block of Stretch Road, Merced, was booked on suspicion of operating a watercraft while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

9:20 a.m., warrant arrest — A 52-year-old man was arrested at South Stewart and Lytton streets on a local misdemeanor warrant charging child endangerment. A small amount of marijuana was seized and booked for destruction.

11:18 a.m., fight — Two females reported to be in a fight on Snell Street had left by the time officers arrived.

1:54 p.m., theft — A 28-year-old man was cited on suspicion of using a cutter to remove a movie from its container, then placing the movie in his pocket, and for placing a piece of jerky in his pocket at a business on Sanguinetti Road.

3:04 p.m., warrant arrest — A 22-year-old man was arrested on a warrant charging contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of cannabas.

5:23 p.m., assault — A female said she was physically assaulted by another female between 11 and 11;30 a.m. on Snell Street.

7:16 p.m., assault — An arrest was made after officers were called to a reported physical fight between family members on Summit Avenue.

The Sheriff’s Department reported the following:

4:19 p.m., Murphys — A theft occurred on Anrey Court.

6:54 p.m., Paloma — A warrant arrest was made on Main Street.

SATURDAY

10:01 a.m., Valley Springs — Grand theft was reported on Antonovich Road. 

11:57 p.m., Valley Springs — Vandalism was reported on Daphne Street at Jenny Lind Veterans Memorial District.

SUNDAY

5:45 a.m., San Andreas — A woman refused to leave Tower Mart on W. St. Charles Street. 

9:55 a.m., Mountain Ranch — A burglary was reported on Old Greek Mine Road. 

12:13 p.m., Railroad Flat — Vandalism was reported on North Railroad Flat Road. 

12:52 p.m., Arnold — A flat bed trailer was stolen on Rawhide Drive. 

3:04 p.m., Jenny Lind — Vandalism was reported on Shelton Road.

6:52 a.m., Railroad Flat — Vandalism was reported on Railroad Flat Road. A window was broken out of a guest house. 

7:26 a.m., Murphys — A burglary was reported on Murphys Grade Road.

8:46 a.m., Arnold — Joshua David Jones, 35, of the 2100 block of Pine Drive, booked on suspicion of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, drug possession while armed, narcotic possession, drug possession and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession, after an arrest on Meadowview Road. 

SUNDAY

11 a.m., Avery — Robert Clarence Abbott III, 30, of the 2900 block of Highway 4, Arnold, booked on suspicion of animal cruelty, and misdemeanor battery, child cruelty and vandalism, after an arrest at Tanwood Mobile Home Park.

6:35 p.m., Angels Camp — Paul Scott Davis, 58, of the 2200 block of Birdwell Way, Hayward, arrested on Highway 49 at Cosgrove Road. 

SUNDAY

2:45 p.m., Angels Camp — Michael Wayne Morrow, Jr., 42, of the 300 block of South Main Street, arrested on Demarest Street.
