Open House

    The Calaveras County Visitors Bureau is inviting the public to attend its annual Holiday Open House on Wednesday, Dec. 7.
    The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Calaveras County Visitors Center, 1192 S. Main St., in historic downtown Angels Camp.    
    Guests will be treated to seasonal goodies and “one-day only” deals on merchandise including Calaveras T-shirts, books, magnets, frog tub fizzies, pins, patches, and locally grown and produced items.
    A popular item for this holiday season is the exclusive 2011 National Capitol Christmas Tree ornament commemorating the “People’s Tree” from the Stanislaus National Forest. The ornament is available at the Visitors Center for $10 each and supply is limited.
