8:27 a.m., vandalism, property damage — A woman was involved in a domestic dispute with someone near a Mono Way business and he broke her phone.

10:07 a.m., reckless driving — A vehicle backed up in the middle of Mono Way and brake checked other drivers.

1:35 p.m., theft — An unknown person stole items from a storage shed on Elk Drive.

5:12 p.m., traffic accidents — The driver’s side window of a vehicle parked on the northbound side of South Washington Street in front of a business was broken off by another driver.

10:36 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A white pickup truck was parked in a Greenley Road lot for three days.

7:00 p.m., Arnold — James Lee Wilson, 46, of the 2000 block of Rainy Drive, was booked on suspicion of threatening crime with the intent to terrorize and misdemeanor charges battery and contempt of court following an arrest at his home.
