Ladies Night a win for breast cancer awareness

Courtesy photos / Adventist Health Sonora Adventist Health Sonora sponsored its fifth annual Ladies Night Out in early October to raise breast cancer awareness and provide community education. Part of the event included a window contest for local businesses that was voted on by Ladies Night participants. The Antique Attic/Project Feed our Kids won first place, Pine Tree Peddlers took second and Love Couture took third. Winner of a giant gift basket was Carolyn Smith, a volunteer at Adventist Health Sonora. Smith kept the basket but donated the value of tickets to next year’s Joie de Vie Gala, which were part of the prize, to the Cancer Patient Support Fund.
