Parkinson’s group meets Monday

The Parkinson’s Support Group of Sonora will meet Monday at the Sonora Hills clubhouse.

The meeting will begin at 10 a.m.

The group meets on the second Monday of each month.

Depression
support offered
to older adults

People 60 or older who are experiencing symptoms of depression can receive up to 12 weeks of free in-home counseling or peer support.

The Mother Lode Office of Catholic Charities’ SPARROW Project offers the help as part of a University of California, San Francisco-affiliated research project.
