Football Friday: Cats, Skins win

The Calaveras Redskins football team clinched at least a share of the Mother Lode League title Friday night with a 44-28 victory over Summerville at Thorsted Field.

Across Tuolumne County, the Sonora Wildcats earned a 21-20 victory over Kimball at Dunlavy Field to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Argonaut defeated visiting Bret Harte 42-7.
