Tioga soccer beaten by Delta

The Tioga Timberwolves soccer team was defeated by Delta Charter 11-2 on Friday.

Tioga scored in the second half after Matt Spring sent a through ball to Layne McCoy who found the side netting.McCoy scored again in the 62nd minute after receiving a pass from Garrett Puerto.

"It was a tough loss to take after winning the previous meeting between us 4-2," said Tioga head coach Doug West."They relentlessly kept pounding our goal and keeper Brett Woods was able to save eight shots."
