Sonora Water Polo to host camp

The Union Democrat Sports Department

Sonora Water Polo will host a summer youth camp starting next week.

The camp is designed for beginner-to-intermediate players ages 14-and-under.

The first meeting is on Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Sonora Sports and Fitness. The kids will be divided into three groups: 14-and-under (beginner-to-intermediate) from 9:30-11 a.m., 12-and-under (beginner-to-intermediate) from 9:30-11 a.m. and 10-and-under (beginners) from 9-10-30 a.m.

Signups are at Sonora Sports and Fitness Center in the back gym and online at The cost is $90 to Sonora Sports and Fitness Center and $65 to USA Water Polo (silver membership, SOAK club).
