LITTLE LEAGUE SIGNUPS

Signups are scheduled Monday in both Woods Creek and High Sierra Little League baseball.

Sessions for Woods Creek, which represents the Sonora and Columbia elementary school districts, will be held at both schools from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Players must turn 5 by July 21, 2003, to meet the minimum age requirement.

High Sierra signups for the Twain Harte, Soulsbyville and Belleview districts are Monday at Black Oak School in Twain Harte, Jan. 13 at Soulsbyville School and Jan. 20 at the Pizza Factory in Twain Harte' all from 6 to 8 p.m.

Tryouts for High Sierra are Jan. 15 at Soulsbyville and Jan. 22 at Twain Harte school on the following schedule: 8-year-olds, 8 a.m.; 9-year-olds, 9 a.m.; 10-year-olds, 10 a.m.; 11-year-olds, 11 a.m.; 12 and 13, noon; 14 and 15, 12:30 p.m.
