The Little League baseball postseason begins Monday with Tournament of Champions play in three divisions all in Tuolumne County.

High Sierra, which represents the Twain Harte, Soulsbyville and Belleview school districts, will host both the Minors (ages 9 and 10) and Majors (11-12) at Eproson Field in Twain Harte.

The Minor tournament runs through June 23 and the Major tourney through June 24. Both will be played under a single-elimination format.

The double-elimination TOC for Juniors (13-14) will be hosted by Woods Creek of Sonora and Columbia and will be played at Sonora High School's Bev Barron Field and the Sonora Dome. It starts Tuesday and runs through June 21.

The opening game in Twain Harte matches the High Sierra Minors against the Calaveras National of San Andreas at 4:30 Monday afternoon. Right after that, at about 7 p.m., the Woods Creek and Linden Majors will meet under the Eproson lights.

Tuesday, the Calaveras American Minors of Angels Camp and Copperopolis meet Amador West of Jackson at 4:30, and the Amador West and Calaveras National Majors play at 7.

In the Junior tourney, Tuesday's opener has High Sierra against Westside of Standard and Tuolumne at 4:30 at the Dome, then Woods Creek vs. Linden at 7:30 at the high school.
