TUD board meeting uncivil at best

To the Editor:

On July 30, 2013, the Tuolumne Utilities District Board of Directors convened their bi-monthly meeting and it was a study in incivility on the part of the directors. From its inception to its termination, it was permeated by conflict, internal disputes, rudeness to the public who attempted civil input and denigration of TUD employees.

If the Board of Directors of TUD wishes to continue to be so resolute in the promulgation of their own views and biases and disregard the ratepayers and public's interests, they should summarily resign.
