The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


10:17 a.m., animal complaints - A cat on North Stewart Street was taken out of the roadway and placed in the bushes.

12:39 p.m., civil problem - A property manager on South Sonora Avenue said people were at a home without permission.

2:25 p.m., suspicious circumstances - A woman was on the roof of the Sonora Police Station on South Green Street. Officers contacted her and found she owned the residence next door.

3:05 p.m., animal complaints - A woman on Greenley Road said she had a "feral sick cat" in her carrier.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


9:17 a.m., Columbia - A man at a business on Technology Drive misdialed 911 when he attempted to dial 611 to report "static on the line."

10:26 a.m., Sonora area - Someone on Blue Bell West Road plugged an extension cord into an outlet and stole electricity.

11:44 a.m., Groveland - Someone at a home on Noels Dirt Drive said they would call 911 if an uninvited person "shows up and beats" on their door again.

1:35 p.m., Twain Harte - A "crazy" man with a "lit cigarette" was asked to leave a Meadow Drive golf club after he caused an argument.

3:25 p.m., Sonora area - A man on Jamestown Road called the Sheriff's Office and said he "wanted to know what the heck" happened with his son.

10:08 p.m., Tuolumne - Someone on Gerber Road said a neighbor played music too loudly. Deputies arrived and the neighbor told them he did not know it was after 10 p.m.


12:57 a.m., Twain Harte - Someone on Cedar Drive requested a welfare check on a man who possibly hallucinated and claimed deputies had broken into his trailer and installed cameras.

6:27 a.m., Groveland - A man on Big Foot Circle said his house was egged and he rinsed off the eggs before it ruined the paint.

7:04 a.m., Groveland - A woman on Cresthaven Drive said her house was egged during the night.

12:01 a.m., East Sonora - Charles Gary Culmer, 32, of the 19100 block of Hillsdale Drive, was booked on suspicion of assault after an arrest at his home.


The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


4:38 p.m., San Andreas - An apartment building at East St. Charles Street was vandalized.

5:02 p.m., Jenny Lind - A landlord and tenant on Rosalie Lane were in a dispute.

5:25 p.m., West Point - Children trespassed at a vacant lot on Cemetery Lane.

5:51 p.m., San Andreas - Dispatchers at Mountain Ranch Road heard "rap music" when someone misdialed 911.


12:19 a.m., Valley Springs - A woman on Huckleberry Lane heard a "thump" outside her house.

Felony bookings


3:30 p.m., West Point - Brianna Nicole Smith, 28, of the 2000 block of Bald Mountain Road, was booked on suspicion of child cruelty and misdemeanor being under the influence of drugs.

2:42 a.m., San Andreas - Henry Munoz Moreno, 75, of the 8200 block of South Highway 26, was booked after an arrest on Michel and Old Gulch roads.
