Services set for Betty Snyder

Lenore Rutherford, The Union Democrat /

Betty Snyder, 87, community leader and founder of the Valley Springs Powwow,

died Friday at Chancellor Place assisted living in Lodi. A celebration

of life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Community United Methodist

Church, 135 Laurel St., in Valley Springs. Valley Mortuary is handling

arrangements.
