Former Long Barn resident Linda L. Branshaw-Stone died Tuesday at her Oakdale home after a long illness. She was 50.

She was born in Baldwin, Wis., and she lived in Long Barn for 12 years before moving to Oakdale two years ago. She was a certified nurse's assistant for four years and a home health care aid.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Stone of Oakdale; children Daniel Reshatoff of Belmont and Nicholas Reshatoff of Oakdale; sisters Lavone Branshaw of Oakdale and Leslie Schneider of Loma Mar, San Mateo County; brothers Larry Branshaw of San Mateo and Doug Branshaw of San Carlos; and her mother, Wanda Branshaw of Oakdale.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Donations can be made to Community Hospice, Inc., 601 McHenry Ave., Modesto, CA 95350.

Oakdale Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.


BRACCIA Anthony Braccia, 83, of Twain Harte died yesterday at a Sonora care home. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
