Robbery Suspect Sought

A suspect in this mornings West Point robbery is at large and considered to be armed and dangerous.

The suspect is a man described as 5'6"- 5'8" in his early 20's. He was dressed in all black with a black ski mask and a black skeleton bandana and wore a long sleeved black shirt, according to a Calaveras County Sheriff's Office report.

The incident happened about 8:30 this morning at an undisclosed business on the 22000 block of Highway 26. The suspect brandished a black handgun and he fled on foot, the report said.

It is unknown if there were any injuries or what was stolen.
