11:02 a.m., theft - A wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle on Columbia Way.

12:08 p.m., theft - A woman was caught shoplifting at a South Washington Street store.

12:36 p.m., unclassified - Someone claiming to work for the Sonora Police Officers Association has been calling people seeking donations.

4:59 p.m., suspicious circumstances - Someone heard a window breaking near Alpine Lane.

9 p.m., theft - A man on Sanguinetti Road said about $600 was taken from his residence.

11:22 p.m., assault - A man being treated at Sonora Regional Medical Center said he was assaulted at a transient camp.


12:51 a.m., suspicious circumstances - Two men climbed a light pole on South Washington Street and got onto the roof of a building.

2:30 a.m., vandalism - A man on East Church Street said someone was trying to kick in his door.

10:12 a.m., vandalism - Some sort of syrup was poured onto a car on South Washington Street a day after a woman threatened to vandalize the owner's car.

11:54 a.m., property damage - Someone punched out the lock on a vehicle parked on Greenley Road.

12:17 p.m., traffic accident - A crash occurred on North Washington Street at Courthouse Square.

3:31 p.m., disorderly conduct - A man was causing fights on the sidewalk at South Washington Street and Stockton Road.

5:47 p.m., trespassing - A man who stole a video from a West Stockton Road store the night before was in the business again.

6:37 p.m., public intoxication - Teenagers were fighting on East Pasadena Avenue.

7:03 p.m., burglary - A purse was missing from an automobile that had the key hole punched out while parked in a Sanguinetti Road parking lot.


1:03 a.m., public intoxication - An intoxicated woman at the Sonora Police Department told officers she did not remember where she lived. She was "turned over" to her sister.

12:28 p.m., suspicious circumstances - A woman in the lobby of a theater on South Green Street said her life had been threatened.

7:27 p.m., miscellaneous - Someone said a woman was panhandling at a shopping center on Sanguinetti Street.

9:03 a.m., Sonora area - A man on Jamestown Road said his marijuana and hot wheels were stolen.

10:57 a.m., Pinecrest - High school kids were driving recklessly at the lake.

12:44 p.m., Chinese Camp - A headstone in a cemetery at Highway 49 and Red Hills Road was vandalized.

2:12 p.m., Sonora area - A man on Flora Lane said his teenage grandson broke the television and trashed his bedroom.

2:17 p.m., Sonora area - A man reported fraudulent activities on his bank card.

2:19 p.m., Groveland - A suspicious man was hanging around a river rafting group at Lumsden campground and came into one of the camper's tents before being told to leave.

7:38 p.m., Sonora area - A woman said she was being threatened on Caddo Circle by family members of an abusive ex-boyfriend.

8:17 p.m., Sonora area - A Green Meadow Lane resident said a man showed up at the house covered in blood before leaving the property on foot.

8:32 p.m., Sonora area - Police received reports of a person in a pickup truck on Mono way flashing a red laser at people pumping gas.

8:56 p.m., Sonora area - A small white dog wearing a tiny cowboy hat and a scarf was seen running in and out of the road near Highway 49 and Parrotts Ferry Road.

9:08 p.m., Soulsbyville - A man on Charlotte Court said he was bitten by his estranged wife.


1 a.m., Sonora area - Several mailboxes were knocked over near Valley Oak Drive and Spanish Grant Drive.

10:13 a.m., Sonora area - Someone put a dead opossum on the railroad tracks at Tuolumne Road and Mono Way.

12:54 p.m., Tuolumne - A woman on Main Street said a ring was stolen from her safe.

1:59 p.m., Jamestown - A woman on Circle Drive said her housemates sold her dog.

2:03 p.m, Tuolumne - Multiple underage teenagers were asking people to buy them cigarettes at a Tuolumne Road store.

2:06 p.m., La Grange - A man on Pepito Drive said his daughter-in-law broke out his trailer window.

7:10 p.m., Sonora area - A hit-and-run accident was reported at the Sullivan Creek bridge on Phoenix Lake Road.

7:51 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village - Three off-road bikes were seen riding on Highway 108.

9:09 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village - A woman on Lama Road suspected her daughter broke into her residence the previous night and attempted to steal her pickup truck.


12:14 a.m., Sonora area - A fight was reported on Alderman Road.

3:40 a.m., Groveland - A fight was reported near the Groveland fire station.

3:51 a.m., Sonora area - A woman said her purse was stolen from a South Washington Street bar the night before.

4:55 a.m., East Sonora - A woman at a Lolly Lane apartment said someone was trying to break into her residence.

8:41 a.m., Sonora area - A man on Drew Court refused to give his girlfriend her driver's license.

11:49 a.m., Sonora area - Someone found a hunting knife and a pistol in a bag in a dumpster at Chukar and Covey circles.

12:05 p.m., East Sonora - Someone reported possible road rage after they were almost run over by a driver at Burger King.

8:16 p.m., Sonora area - A man on Lime Kiln Road said some kind of sheep dog came to his house and killed his goats. He caught the dog and told deputies the dog and the goats would be available for animal control in the morning.


12:43 a.m., Jamestown - A car hit a cow and was blocking the roadway on Highway 108 near O'Byrnes Ferry Road.

3:17 a.m., East Sonora - A woman was at a gas station on Mono Way hitting herself and pulling her hair. She told deputies she just got off work and was tired.

11:35 a.m., Sonora - Russell Allen Lee Jr., 25, of the 400 block of Russell Road, San Andreas, was booked on suspicion of transporting or selling a controlled substance and committing a felony while on bail after an arrest on Serrano Road.

12:33 p.m., Sonora - Roy Allan Chandler, 52, of the 200 block of South Sonora Avenue, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after an arrest at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds.

1:20 p.m., Sonora - Austin Lawrence Martin, 36, of the 18700 block of Carter Street, Tuolumne, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after an arrest at a Stockton Road business.

3:15 p.m., Vanessa Marie Owsley, 29, listed as a transient, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after an arrest on Pesce Way.

9:14 p.m., Groveland - Tina Ann Dobler, 41, of the 19000 block of Second Garrotte Ridge Road, Big Oak Flat, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after an arrest at her residence.


12:34 a.m., Sonora - Brandon Lee Smith, 30, listed as a transient, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after an arrest in Washington Street at William Street.

10:06 a.m., Jamestown - Randall Owen Ghione, 31, listed as a transient with a mailing address of the 10600 block of Wigwam Road, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of possession of a narcotic after an arrest on Seventh Street.

11:50 a.m., Tuolumne - Paul Eugene Brownell Jr., 31, of the 18200 block of Willow Street, Tuolumne, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, probation violation and misdemeanor charges of destroying or concealing evidence and driving on a suspended license.

8:47 p.m., Sonora - Tyler John Martin, 20, of the 21900 block of Fall View Drive, Twain Harte, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence with death or bodily injury and hit-and-run resulting in death or bodily injury.


4:37 a.m., Groveland - Bradley James Engman, 21, of the 18700 block of Back Street was booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest at his home.

1:30 p.m., Sonora - David Machanis Bryan, 48, transient, was booked on suspicion of making criminal threats after an arrest on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.

12:10 a.m., Jamestown - Joel Austin Casler, 56, of the 10500 block of Thistle Down Drive, Jamestown, was booked after an arrest at Fifth Avenue and Ninth Street.


1:11 a.m., Sonora - Thomas Wilton Grognet, 28, of the 19500 block of Tuolumne Road, Tuolumne, was booked after an arrest on Golf Links Road at Highway 108.

9:32 p.m., Jamestown - Mike Jarrod Carlson, age unknown, of the 2000 block of Choctaw Road, Copperopolis, was booked after an arrest on Chicken Ranch Road at Nelson Drive.


2:51 a.m., Sonora - Robert James Camacho Nickles, 23, was booked after an arrest at Washington Street and Columbia Way.

11:21 a.m., Murphys - A disturbance involving trespassing was reported on Highway 4.

11:29 a.m., San Andreas - Ex-tenants in a Toyon Court residence scattered garbage when they picked up their belongings.

2:57 p.m., Mokelumne Hill - A fight between two men occurred on Highway 49 near Big Bar Road.

6:02 p.m., Valley Springs - A possibly fraudulent call was received by a Lakeview Circle resident with the caller claiming to be an IRS agent demanding money.

8:57 p.m, Burson - A boat reportedly sank near the Plana Bridge near Camanche Parkway South on the Mokeolune River.

9:55 p.m., San Andreas - A man was singing loudly on Market Street.


2:36 a.m., Valley Springs - The chain was found off of a usually locked gate on Hogan Dam Road.

8:50 a.m., Valley Springs - Someone littered at a thrift store on the 200 block of East Highway 12.

7:40 p.m., Arnold - A citation was issued after a traffic stop at Meadowview Road.

11:18 p.m., Arnold - A woman on Black Oak Drive said she was in an argument with her "soon to be ex-husband."


1:07 p.m., Arnold - A suspicious person was reported on Meadow Drive.

5:42 p.m., Copperopolis - An arrest was made for public intoxication at a pizza place on Main Street.

6:30 p.m., Wallace - A woman on Creekview Lane said she had papers to prove that a man was trespassing on her property.

7:38 p.m., Murphys - Someone on Scott Street believed that her missing 15-pound apricot poodle was stolen.

12:52 a.m., Valley Springs - David Bellas Rolle, 50, of the 300 block of Boynton Avenue, San Jose, was booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest on the 8200 block of Highway 26.


8:34 a.m., Arnold - Stacey Rae McBride, 32, of the 17500 block of Shine Way, Mokelumne Hill, was booked on suspicion of drug possession for sale after an arrest on the 1100 block of Dunbar Road.

11:00 p.m., Angels Camp - Walter Glosowski, 74, of the 500 block of Rosebush Court, was booked after an arrest at Greenhorn Creek Road.

7:19 p.m., Angels Camp - Frank Joseph Soja, 36, of the 3400 block of Paint Road, was booked after an arrest on the 1900 block of Highway 4.


8:04 a.m., San Andreas - Robert Gomez, 51, of the 600 block of North Commerce Street, Stockton, was booked after an arrest at the Calaveras and Amador county line.

8:30 p.m., Murphys - Cesar Lora Luquin, 29, of the first block of North Poplar Street, Sonora, was booked after an arrest at Highway 4 and Lawrence Street.

10:02 p.m., Valley Springs - Lynn Dee Ann Scott, 53, of the 1800 block of South Petersburg Road, was booked after an arrest at her home.


1:08 a.m., Angels Camp - Scott Antonio Task, 48, of the 900 block of Springview Circle, San Ramon, was booked after an arrest at Highway 4 and Main Street.

4:22 a.m., San Andreas - Matthew Richard Thornton, 25, of the 10300 block of Fricot City Road, was booked after an arrest at Fricot City Road, and west of Calaverita Road.

8:22 p.m., Angels Camp - Brittney Marie Bufford, 24, of the 6300 block of Swiss Ranch Road, Mountain Ranch, was booked after an arrest on Highway 49 and Meacham Road.
