The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


1:04 p.m., pedestrian check - A panhandler at a Sanguinetti Road business was admonished by police.

3:18 p.m., suspicious circumstances - A woman mistakenly gave out her personal information and believed her identity was stolen.

3:35 p.m., suspicious circumstances - A State Parks peace officer was told that an antique item missing from Railtown was possibly seen at a business on West Stockton Street.

8:53 p.m., public intoxication - A woman wearing a black sweater and black pajama bottoms was possibly intoxicated and her shoes fell off in the roadway on South Shepherd Street.

9:09 p.m., public intoxication - A woman was yelling and cussing at the front door of the Sonora Police station.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


9:41 a.m., Groveland - A man on Bairds Road said that his landlord threatened to burn his motorcycle.

11:18 a.m., Tuolumne - People on Carter Street were in an argument.

3:08 p.m., Sonora area - A woman on Red Chestnut Lane called someone to complain about the fire tax and threatened suicide.

4:04 p.m., Jamestown - A man on Jacksonville Road and Stent Cutoff heard people yelling and screaming death threats. The responsible parties were neighbors and were counseled by deputies about yelling across the street.

8:04 p.m., Columbia - A woman said her tenant threatened to "burn everything down"at a residence on Bald Mountain Road.

10:56 p.m., Tuolumne - Someone on Birch Street said they heard a woman saying "let go of me."


Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


11:41 p.m. Jamestown - Dustin Charles Hunter, 27, transient, was booked after an arrest on Rawhide and Shell roads.


The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


11:06 a.m., Copperopolis - A fight was reported on Bret Harte Drive.

2:35 p.m., Valley Springs - A fight was reported on Rapids Road.

7:04 p.m., Murphys - People agreed to separate for the night after an argument on French Gulch Road.


Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


6:58 p.m., Arnold - Sean Daniel Martin, 22, of the 200 block of Bull Whacker Run, was booked after an arrest at his home.
