The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


11:19 a.m., traffic accident - Three vehicles were involved in a traffic accident near Greenley Road and Mono Way.

11:23 a.m., fight - A man and woman fought at a South Washington Street motel.

2:10 p.m., controlled substance - A group of teenagers smoked marijuana on the Cassina High School campus on South Barretta Street.

3:50 p.m., traffic violations - A man was seen on South Washington Street possibly drinking a beer in a vehicle.


11:56 a.m., theft - A woman on South Shepherd Street reported that her adult daughter stole her younger daughter's computer.

8:20 p.m., suspicious circumstance - A woman on South Barretta Street believed someone was trying to break into her residence.


7:42 a.m., parking citation - Someone parked in a "No Parking Anytime for a Special Event" zone. A citation was issued.

5:34 p.m., traffic accidents - Someone crashed their truck into a building on Mono Way. They got out of the truck and seemed intoxicated. Officers determined the driver was not impaired.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


11:05 a.m., Sonora area - A parent caused a disturbance at Curtis Creek Elementary School.

12:22 p.m., Tuolumne - Residents at a Tuolumne Road apartment complex were seen smoking marijuana.

12:56 p.m., Tuolumne - A woman on Madrone Street said the window of her vehicle was broken.

1:12 p.m., Groveland - A broken down truck on Ferretti Road caused traffic problems.

2:37 p.m., Twain Harte - An argument occurred on Black Hawk Drive between a woman and her ex-boyfriend while he tried to gather his belongings.

4:16 p.m., Sonora area - Three aggressive dogs were seen on Oxbow Lane North.

4:32 p.m., Jamestown - A woman fought with her boyfriend on Preston Lane.

5:25 p.m., Sonora area - Two men were possibly taking drugs at the end of Eureka Drive.

5:28 p.m., Columbia - A large tree blocked all lanes on Church Lane.

5:36 p.m., Jamestown - A woman on Willow Street said she could smell a nearby fire.

9:58 p.m., Jamestown - Two suspicious men were staring into the windows at a Main Street restaurant for about three hours.

11:51 p.m., Tuolumne - A man on Tuolumne Road North said his keys were stolen from his vehicle.


12:25 p.m., Sonora area - A fight occurred near Hatler Drive and Tuolumne Road.

1:16 p.m., Columbia - A man said his wife punched him while he was packing belongings on Columbia Village Drive.

2:04 p.m., Tuolumne - A man said his ex-roommate threatened him and said she would bring a group of people to hurt him.

5:15 p.m., Sonora area - A woman said someone tried to break her door in on Mono Way.

6:23 p.m., Sonora area - A man said people were living on his property on Big Hill Road without permission.

8:06 p.m., Sonora area - A man was found smoking some kind of drug in the parking lot of a Mono Way restaurant.

10:13 p.m., Twain Harte - A large party and bonfire were reported on Mount Provo Road.

10:22 p.m., Groveland - A person walked down Highway 120 near Evergreen Road carrying another person who was unconscious. When the reporting party turned around and drove back, they were gone.

11:46 p.m., Jamestown - An assault was reported on Highway 108.


12:34 a.m., Sonora area - A woman walking on the Highway 108 bypass told police someone was chasing her and that there was a conspiracy after her.

6:48 a.m., Tuolumne - Multiple vehicles were taken for a joyride and items were reportedly taken from a gift shop on Silver Spur Drive.

10:38 a.m., East Sonora - A man on the 14600 block of Mono Way said he had a sick raccoon in his yard.

2:32 p.m., Sonora area - A woman on Big Hill Road said a man came to her house and told her she needed to vacate immediately or be arrested.

7:28 p.m., Columbia - A man on Parrotts Ferry Road said that if deputies did not get him out of his residence, he was going to kill his wife. He told deputies he was wearing flannel and sweats and would be waiting outside for them.

7:47 p.m., Tuolumne - Someone thought a man driving a motorized scooter on Laurel Avenue was intoxicated.

10:33 p.m., Jamestown - A woman on Maple Aly said someone unscrewed her front porch light for the third time.

2:38 a.m., Jamestown - Christina Marie McCoy, 41, of the 300 block of Watson Avenue, Manteca, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest at Highway 108 and Sierra Rock Road.


1:30 a.m., Tuolumne - Jason Tyler Gill, 25, of an unknown block of Silver Spur Drive, was booked on suspicion of burglary after an arrest on the 17300 block of Silver Spur Drive.

9:37 p.m., Soulsbyville - Michael Kent Hazel, 21, listed as a transient, of Tuolumne, was booked after an arrest on Soulsbyville Road.

12:58 p.m., San Andreas - A woman on Jeff Tuttle Drive reported a vandalized phone.

5:44 p.m., Campo Seco - A man on Campo Seco Road said neighbors keep cutting his fence.

5:45 p.m., Valley Springs - Skateboarders were seen trespassing in the hallways of Valley Springs Elementary School.

5:54 p.m., Valley Springs - Kids were riding dirtbikes in a vacant lot without permission.


1:26 a.m., San Andreas - A fight took place in a West Saint Charles Street parking lot.


6:22 p.m., San Andreas - Someone reported a fight and loud music at a residence on Market Street.


4:43 p.m., Arnold - Someone reported an attempted break-in to their residence on Longman Lane.

11:00 p.m., Mokelumne Hill - David Lee Hammons III, 21, of an unknown residence in Rail Road Flat, was booked on suspicion of carrying a knife, drug possession and misdemeanor resisting arrest after an arrest at Outback and Ridge roads.

11:00 p.m., Mokelumne Hill - Tyler Allen Gress, 21, of an unknown residence in Rail Road Flat, was booked on suspicion of violation of probation after an arrest at Outback and Ridge roads.

3:08 p.m., Valley Springs - Jerry Sheridan Miller, 34, of the 2600 block of Heney Lane, was booked on suspicion of drug and firearms possession and elder abuse after an arrest at his home.

1:50 p.m., San Andreas - Christopher Michael Fohlen, 30, of the 2100 block of Rachel Drive, Santa Rosa, was booked on charges of driving under the influence, hit and run and reckless driving, after an arrest at Highway 49 and Toyanza Drive.

6:37 p.m., Angels Camp - Jenny Rebecca Hamrick, 31, of the 9800 block of Gold Leaf Way, Sacramento was booked after an arrest on North Main Street.

10:45 p.m., San Andreas - Kenneth Arthur Lewis, 52, of the 100 block of Three Mile Road, Mountain Ranch, was booked after an arrest on Mountain Ranch Road.
