PUBLIC MEETING: Summerville Union High School District Board of Education, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, school library, 17555 Tuolumne Road, Tuolumne.

The Summerville Union High School District Board of Education will select two members for its community-staffed bond oversight committee at its Wednesday meeting, but is not planned to discuss the bond projects as it took action last week to spend more on engineering.

Two one-year terms are up for the Citizen's Bond Oversight Committee, which reports on the district's use of bond money from 2012's $8 million Measure H. They are the seats of George Kellerman and Steve Farrell, both of whom have reapplied for second terms. They both have children attending school in the district.

Kellerman is a member of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association and has spent a career in investment and finance, according to his application.

Farrell is a business representative of Farrell Company with more than 30 years experience in the construction industry and more than 20 years experience as a chief executive officer, according to his application.

Kellerman and Farrell are expected to be selected.
