The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

8:06 p.m., Angels Camp - Someone was driving at Appaloosa Road and Dunn Lane with half of their vehicle ripped off. The rear end was dragging and sparks were flying everywhere.

Felony bookings

THURSDAY

11:45 a.m., Mokelumne Hill - John McCrickard, 53, of an unspecified address in Fairfield, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest on the 7000 block of Cedar Springs Road.

Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

THURSDAY

9:25 p.m., Angels Camp - Kari Alii Horn, 50, of the 600 block of Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, was arrested at Filly Lane.

TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

3:12 p.m. pedestrian check - An officer gave a warning to someone who was panhandling on Sanguinetti Road.

5:53 p.m. disorderly conduct - Someone said people between the age of 18 to 20 were causing a disturbance at a playground on Greenley Road.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

10:03 a.m. Jamestown - A woman on Highway 108 said that she was "going to do something desperate." She later told deputies that she was just stressed because her taxes weren't done and she needed money.

11:24 a.m., East Sonora - A woman on Mono Way said that two men walked up to her and asked for money. When she told them no, they began quoting Bible verses.

5:35 p.m., Jamestown - A woman on Highway 108 said that she needs deputies to check on her son because he was screaming that he was "fighting demons."

2:37 p.m., Groveland - Michael Ray Fowler, 59, of the 11000 block of Bridalveil Road, was booked on suspicion of battery, after an arrest at his home.

8:33 p.m., Crystal Falls - Marvin Edwin Wells, of the 22000 block of Fallview Lane, was arrested at Bear River and Crystal Falls drives.
