The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

8:28 a.m., property damage - A stop sign was vandalized.

3:32 p.m., animal complaints - Report taken for a cat biting a person.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

8:29 a.m., Sonora area - A man said that he caught a neighbor using binoculars to peek in windows on Kincaid Flat Road.

9:13 a.m., East Sonora - A transit bus rolled into the back of a car at a stoplight on Mono Way.

1:54 p.m., Tuolumne - Someone was lying face down on the side of Tuolumne Road. They were taken to a hospital for possible neck and back pain.

2:01 p.m., Jamestown - Three men were loading an oil barrel into a truck on Greenwood Way.

3:07 p.m., La Grange - A Las Palmas Way woman said a neighbor shot her dog with a gun loaded with birdshot.

3:14 p.m., Jamestown - Residents of a home on Main Street were advised to clean their area and that it would be optimal to have their power turned on as soon as possible.

5:58 p.m., Sonora - A woman on Crystal Falls Drive said that the neighbor's dog bit her husband.

THURSDAY

5:26 a.m., Twain Harte - A man on Twain Harte Drive said there were three men and one woman standing in his carport staring at him.

WEDNESDAY

10:33 a.m., Tuolumne - Crystal Lee Yoder, 33, of the 19000 block of Mi Wu Street, was booked on suspicion of having drugs for sale, after an arrest at her home.

9:10 p.m., Soulsbyville - Hector Zazueta Gonzalez, 45, of the 15000 block of Mountain Lilly Road, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of drug and dangerous-weapon possession, and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license, after an arrest 20000 block of Soulsbyville Road.

Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

WEDNESDAY

8:58 p.m. Jamestown - Kevin Cornel Lewter, 50, of the 12000 block of Chukar Circle, was arrested at a business on Chicken Ranch Road.

11:23 p.m., Jamestown - Charles Richard Klaas, 50, of the 18000 block of Golden Dove Lane, Jamestown, was arrested on Willow Street.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

2:41 p.m., Mountain Ranch - A woman was standing in the road on Garibaldi Street.

4:12 p.m., Mountain Ranch - A woman was standing in the middle of the road at Mountain Ranch and Sheep Ranch roads.

WEDNESDAY

9:30 a.m., Vallecito - Chad James Sutton, 32, of the 3000 block of Parrotts Ferry Road, was booked on suspicion of battery, after an arrest at his home.

2:45 p.m., Angels Camp - Emilie Lynn Sutton, 33, of the 700 block of Mark Twain Road, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest at her home.

6:03 p.m., Valley Springs - Michael Anthony Wold, of the 700 block of Quail Oaks Road, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest on Daphne and Rose roads.

9:21 p.m., Angels Camp - Orlando Collazo, 23, of the 2000 block of Danaher Drive, Valley Springs, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest on North Main Street.
