The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


11:40 a.m., public intoxication - A man on Mono Way was stumbling in the middle of the road and walking backwards. He was arrested.

1:29 p.m., unclassified - A man walked into the Sonora Police station and threw his DMV paperwork at a dispatcher.

The Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office reported the following:


10:08 a.m., Sonora - A cab company owner claimed a competitor had taken his phone and changed the voicemail, forwarding people to call the other cab companies.

Noon, 911 Jamestown - An elderly man called 911 requesting to discuss an unfair ticket with the California Highway Patrol. He was advised that 911 is for life-or-death emergencies only.

4:16 p.m., Tuolumne - A half cord of wood was stolen on Skyline Road.

6:37 p.m., Sonora - An injured deer on Black Oak Road was gone upon deputies' arrival.

8:43 p.m., Tuolumne - A man at an Apple Colony residence dumped a woman's pasta prompting an argument. She was said to be yelling and screaming and he said he was scared.

10:08 p.m., Jamestown - A Jamestown man said that he was sitting in his home and his eyes started burning. He believed that he was sprayed with mace.


The Calaveras County Sheriff's Office reported the following:

Felony bookings


1:43 a.m., Hathaway Pines - Patricia Ann Tucker, of the 200 block of Julius Street, San Leandro, was booked on suspicion of making criminal threats after an arrest on the 300 block of Horseshoe Drive.
