The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

MONDAY

10:57 a.m., San Andreas - A report of vandalism on Sunset Street turned out to be a civil issue.

6:08 p.m., Avery - A theft occurred at Avery Sheep Ranch Road and Valley View Drive.

SUNDAY

11:26 p.m., Angels Camp - Marisa Michelle Orman, 46, of the 200 block of Eric Circle, Galt, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest on the 200 block of South Main Street.

MONDAY

8:30 a.m., San Andreas - Amy Dawn Acero, 30, of the 100 block of Monte Vista Court, San Andreas, was booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and drug possession, after an arrest on the 300 block of Toyon Court.

8:30 a.m., San Andreas - Justin Charles Ritchie, 19, of the 300 block of Mariposa Street, was booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and second-degree burglary, after an arrest on the 300 block of Toyon Court.

SUNDAY

11:26 p.m., Angels Camp - Tony James Edward Trull, 46, of the 4000 block of Emerson Road, Acampo, was arrested on the 200 block of South Main Street.

MONDAY

7:31 p.m., Burson - Kathy Marie Juhasz, 56, of Wallace, address unavailable, was arrested at Fitzgerald and Burson roads.

TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

12:21 p.m., assault - Someone at a business on Sanguinetti Road claimed that they were pushed on Saturday between the hours of noon and 3 p.m. Officers investigated the incident as an assault.

6:08 p.m., traffic violations - Someone followed a suspected drunk driver from Copperopolis. Sonora police stopped the vehicle on South Washington Street. The driver was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, but was cited on suspicion of driving on a suspended license. The vehicle was towed.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

MONDAY

1 p.m., Sonora area - Someone witnessed a possible drug deal at Dusty Trail and Lime Kiln Road.

4:04 p.m., Twain Harte - An ATM card was stolen from a resident on Twain Harte Drive. The victim was possibly related to the thief.

4:35 p.m., Sonora area - An "extremely" intoxicated 57-year-old man was located at Highway 108 and Via Este Road and taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center for treatment.

6:58 p.m., Jamestown - A vehicle was over an embankment on Highway 108 but no one was injured.

10:41 p.m., Chinese Camp - A person was concerned about someone throwing items in a bonfire at a party on Red Hills Road.

MONDAY

7:13 p.m., Sonora - Steven Allen Mackusick, 60, of the 22700 block of North Bald Mountain Road, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest on the 100 block of Pesce Way.

Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

MONDAY

7:33 p.m., Sonora area - David Gilmore Wagner, 57, of the 11700 block of Campo Seco Road, was arrested at Highway 49 and Rawhide Road.
