Body found, one arrested

A suspect in a Stockton homicide was arrested and an unidentified body of a man believed to be the victim was recovered by Tuolumne County Sheriff's detectives Thursday in Groveland, according to Stockton police.

Bryan Cook, 38, of Groveland, was arrested Thursday and later booked into San Joaquin County Jail on suspicion of homicide in connection with a crime scene discovered earlier that day on the 4500 block of Mist Trail Drive.

Two people, Valentina Paz and Teresa Holt, were wanted for questioning in connection with the incident.

Holt was located by law enforcement Friday in Groveland, according to Stockton police officials.
