The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


7:53 a.m., vandalism - A group of people threatened someone and punctured his bicycle tire on West Bradford Avenue.

12:07 p.m., public peace - A person threatened to break windows at a business on South Washington Street.

2:56 p.m., suspicious circumstances - A group of people stood on a hill smoking on Morning Star Drive.

5:45 p.m., reckless driving - A driver tried to run a cab off the road on West Stockton Road.


1:01 a.m., public peace - Several people were loud on East Pasadena Avenue.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


7:33 a.m., Columbia - A person broke into a house on the 22300 block of Ridgemont Drive.

8:04 a.m., Columbia - Someone knocked on a person's walls on the 21800 block of Parrotts Ferry Road.

8:17 a.m., Twain Harte - A suspicious car had a bunch of junk in the back on the 21800 block of Confidence Road.

9:45 a.m., Big Oak Flat - Vandalism occurred on the 11400 block of Wards Ferry Road.

9:58 a.m., Twain Harte - A woman said she was harassed by her boss on 23000 block of Fuller Road.

11:54 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village - A car was keyed and the tires slashed on the 24300 block of Lama Road.

1:29 p.m., La Grange - People drove past a man's house several times on the 3500 block of Castillo Way.

1:59 p.m., Long Barn - A woman received a harassing text on the 25100 block of Highway 108.

2:01 p.m., Crystal Falls - A woman followed a drunk driver to his home and thought he was reaching for a gun on the 22500 block of Rhine River Drive.

5:19 p.m., East Sonora - A bike was stolen on Sunny Circle and and Hillsdale Drive.

5:45 p.m., East Sonora - Paint was spilled in the parking lot and put on windows at a church on the 19200 block of Hillsdale Drive.

5:57 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village- A person punched the tires on a car on the 24300 block of Lama Road.

10:35 p.m., Jamestown area - A suspicious car was seen around Baseline Conservation Camp on the 16800 block of New Peoria Flat Road.

Felony bookings


11:28 p.m, Crystal Falls - Edward Lee Jones, 22, of the 16700 block of of South Creekside Road, was booked on suspicion of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false identification to a peace officer, driving with a suspended license, possession of a knife in a vehicle and contempt of court after an arrest on Crystal Falls Drive.


The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


11:53 a.m., Campo Seco - Windows were broken at a cabin on Campo Seco Road.

2:53 p.m., Valley Springs - A fight occurred on Dunn Road.

5:24 p.m., Murphys - Kids rode dirt bikes on Stella Drive.

5:40 p.m., Copperopolis - A person pulled over in a bad spot with blinking lights on Highway 4 and Pool Station Road.

6:16 p.m., San Andreas - A fight occurred over a service animal on Mountain Ranch Road.

10:15 p.m., Valley Springs - A person believed something was outside near her house on Huckleberry Lane.

10:16 p.m., San Andreas - A person was loitering at a business on East Saint Charles Street.

12:58 p.m., Mokelumne Hill - John Joseph Jordan, 66, of the 3000 block of Dogwood Pass Road, was booked on suspicion of marijuana possession for sale and a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession after an arrest at his home.

11:53 a.m., Glencoe - Angela Rose Rader, 39, of the 2300 block of Valentine Gulch, was booked on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance while possessing a firearm and drug possession as well as misdemeanor charges of willful child cruelty, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest at her home.


Cited under suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


9 p.m., Angels Camp - Melinda Anne Winship, 61, of the 1100 block of Bret Harte Road, was booked after an arrest on South Main Street and Murphys Grade Road.
