12:40 p.m., Railroad Flat - Someone reported noises in what should be a vacant residence and thinks someone may be squatting there on North Rail Road Flat Road.

3:58 p.m., Avery - Several items were reportedly stolen over the past few weeks on Gray Mare Road.

4:59 p.m., Avery - A vehicle part was reportedly stolen on Murphys Grade Road.

5:21 p.m., Copperopolis - A man was arrested on warrants on Feather Drive.

11:34 p.m., West Point - Five or six gunshots were reported near Stanley Road.


3:46 p.m., San Andreas - Someone reported an elderly woman wearing a nightgown and curlers in her hair who had no idea where she was or how she got there at Oak Street and Russell Road.

7:39 a.m., Valley Springs - A credit card was fraudulently charged out of state, someone reported from Rose Street.

8:27 a.m., Arnold - Jacob Laurence Gilman, 31, of Lodi, was booked on suspicion of receiving known stolen property worth $400 or more, being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition, violation of probation, misdemeanor being under the influence of drugs, drug paraphernalia possession, burglary tool possession and a warrant for drug possession after an arrest on Mokelumne Drive East.

11:04 p.m., San Andreas - Don Alan Atencio, 33, of the 500 block of Gold Oaks Drive, was booked on suspicion of vandalism of property worth $400 or more and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession after an arrest at his home.


The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


8:59 p.m., disorderly conduct - Police contacted people who were in an altercation of some sort at a business on the 200 block of South Washington Street, but no one wanted to press charges.

9:48 p.m., vandalism - A woman said her neighbor ran over her planter box on Columbia Way. She did not actually see her neighbor do it.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


8:27 a.m., East Sonora - Construction equipment was reported stolen at Camage Avenue and Nugget Boulevard.

10:01 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village - Someone reported three suspicious men in blue uniforms and beanies, walking around different properties in the area of Manzanita Street and Pine Lake Drive.

10:28 a.m., Soulsbyville - A woman's purse was reportedly stolen from the U.S. Post Office on Willow Springs Drive.

11:03 a.m., Columbia - Tools were reportedly stolen from a toolbox in a truck bed sometime last week either on Columbia College Drive or in Mi-Wuk Village.

11:18 a.m., East Sonora - The gas tank of a trunk on the 18800 block of Micro-Tronics Way was punctured -probabably to siphon gas .

11:24 a.m., Crystal Falls - Threats were reported on the 17100 block of Nile River Drive.

1:25 p.m., Tuolumne - A man on the 19100 block of Cherokee Road reported being harassed by neighbors. He said they watch his house at all times, press their faces against windows and peek in. One neighbor reportedly sat on his porch and fed and watered his dog.

2:24 p.m., Jamestown - A 73-year-old man allowed two women to stay at his house and they went through his belongings, possibly looking for valuables, on the 10100 block of Fallen Leaf Drive.

4:12 p.m., Sonora area - Medication was reportedly stolen, possibly from a porch if it could not fit in the mailbox on Jamestown Road.

6:33 p.m., Cedar Ridge area - A large mountain lion was reported crossing Kewin Mill Road, heading toward Belleview Elementary School.

6:57 p.m., Sonora area - A man and woman reportedly broke up and the woman started to throw his belongings outside on the 14100 block of Tuolumne Road.

7:43 p.m., Sonora area - Someone reported a woman screaming "help me, help me" behind a residence at Beckwith Circle and Sylva Lane.

9:21 p.m., Sonora area - A large bear was reported in someone's yard on Hatler Drive, before running back into the woods.

10:22 p.m., East Sonora - A man said he was involved in a fight on the 14400 block of Mono Way.

2:57 a.m., Sonora area - A son and father were in a fight, but neither wanted to press charges on the 20200 block of Sparrow Lane.

3:26 a.m., Sonora area - A man said three men in dark clothing surrounded him and harassed him because they think he stole their laptop on the 12700 block of Chukar Circle.

4:51 a.m., Phoenix Lake - A teenage boy came to someone's door and said he needed the cops on the 15400 block of El Venada Trail.

1:44 a.m., Sonora - Jason Daniel Peluso, 31, of the 14800 block of Curtis Circle, was booked on suspicion of three counts of first degree burglary and drug possession after an arrest at his home.

7:34 p.m., East Sonora - Kristopher James Randi, 22, of the 18700 block of Jamestown Road, was booked on suspicion of receiving known stolen property after an arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way.
