TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

4:14 a.m., warrant arrest - A 37-year-old man was arrested at Mountain Shadow Cemetery on Lyons Bald Mountain Road on a felony warrant for violating the terms of his release.

7:34 p.m., vandalism - A restroom was damaged at Grigsby Park on South Green Street.

11:49 a.m., traffic accident - A woman reported a hit-and-run on Gold Street that resulted in minor damage to her parked motorcycle.

5:45 p.m., public intoxication - A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after he was reported lying on the ground at Courthouse Square.

11:35 p.m., public intoxication - A 61-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on the 100 block of Snell Street.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

2:02 p.m., Groveland - An iPhone 5 was stolen from a tent at a camp on the 31500 block of Harden Flat Road.

4:26 p.m., Sonora area - Four people were seen shoplifting at a business on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

5:29 p.m., Jamestown - Two boys, who appeared to be teens, stole a tip jar from a business on the 18300 block of Highway 108.

6:47 p.m., Soulsbyville - Two men with binoculars were watching 8-year-old girls play soccer on the 20500 block of Willow Springs Drive.

10 p.m., Sonora area - Someone was arrested on suspicion of violation of probation on the 12900 block of Mountain View Road.

10:52 p.m., Jamestown - A travel trailer was broken into on the 10700 block of Wigwam Road but nothing appeared to be missing.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

9:33 p.m. Avery - A chain was cut on a property on Love Creek Road and wood was possibly stolen.

Felony bookings

TUESDAY

10:33 a.m., Valley Springs - Michael Garrett Shockley, 28, of the 100 block of East St. Charles Street, San Andreas, was booked on suspicion of false imprisonment with violence after an arrest on the 100 block of Highway 26. He was also booked on a misdemeanor charge of battery.

4:45 p.m., Arnold - Charles Joseph Sanderson, 32, of the 2800 block of Pine Drive, was booked on suspicion of false imprisonment with violence after an arrest at his home. He was also booked on misdemeanor charges of being under the influence of drugs, obstructing a public officer and battery.

7:35 p.m., Arnold - Joey Raylynd Cano, 22, of the 100 block of Longman Lane, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant after an arrest at his home.

9:35 p.m., Angels Camp - Karl Joseph Boyd, 41, of the 1400 block of Fairview Drive, was booked on suspicion of forgery and second degree burglary after an arrest at Vallecito Road and Kurt Drive.

TUESDAY

1:21 p.m., Angels Camp - David Matthew Ramey, 42, of the 400 block of Pope Street, San Andreas, was booked after an arrest on Whittle Road west of Highway 49.
