TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

11:48 a.m., warrant arrest - A 42-year-old man was arrested on a local misdemeanor warrant on the 400 block of South Washington Street.

3:17 p.m., theft - Medication was stolen from a backpack in Courthouse Square.

4:24 p.m., drugs - Someone was cited on suspicion of possession of marijuana on the 100 block of Stockton Road.

5:49 p.m., drugs - Someone was cited on suspicion of possession of marijuana on South Washington Street.

6:29 p.m., warrant arrest - A 22-year-old man was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant on South Washington Street.

10:59 p.m., animal complaint - A woman saw a black bear going through her garbage can on South Sonora Avenue.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

MONDAY

8:04 a.m., Columbia - A locker was broken into at Columbia College and a yoga mat, reusable water bottle and the lock were taken.

10:44 a.m., Sonora area - Two men who appeared to be on drugs were walking through a neighborhood at Florence Way and Olov Road. One man pulled down his pants.

11:27 a.m., Long Barn - A cabin on the 24300 block of Tamarack Avenue was broken into and all of the alcohol in the kitchen was taken.

11:42 a.m., Twain Harte - Tools were taken from a garage on the 21200 block of Knox Drive.

1:10 p.m., Jamestown - A wallet was stolen from an unlocked car on the 18200 block of Cara Lane.

2:47 p.m., Sonora area - Someone crashed a car into a tree at Jamestown Road and Robinhood Lane.

3:55 p.m., Jamestown - A $500 walker was stolen from a front yard on the 20200 block of Sparrow Lane.

TUESDAY

1 a.m., Tuolumne - People were smoking something out of tin foil with a straw in a parking lot on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road North.

1:01 a.m., Sonora area - A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after a fight was reported on the 19800 block of Whitto Mine Road.

SUNDAY

3:27 a.m., Sonora area - Jesse James Hatler, 27, of the 18000 block of Limerock Drive, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs and possession of stolen property after an arrest on the 11200 block of Highway 49. He was also booked on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:58 a.m., Sonora area - Darlene Marie McNaul, 24, of the 24100 block of Ahwahnee Road, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs and possession of stolen property after an arrest on the 11200 block of Highway 49. She was also booked on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

MONDAY

12:01 a.m., Jamestown - Jason Jerome Peck, 40, of the 20600 block of Tuttle Town Road, was booked on suspicion of willful infliction of corporal injury and a warrant after an arrest on Omega Mine Road.

SUNDAY

1:07 a.m., Tuolumne - Jeremy Ryan Peterson, 32, of the 18000 block of Yosemite Road, was booked after an arrest on Carter Street at Tuolumne Road.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

MONDAY

7:51 a.m., Burson - Mailboxes were broken into at the U.S. Post Office on Highway 12.

9:26 a.m., Wallace - Men wearing camouflage and carrying a shotgun were walking at Southworth and Ospital roads.

10:01 a.m., Copperopolis - Vandalism was reported on Sequoia Court.

11:46 p.m., Murphys - At least one person was cited after a fight at a business on the 200 block of Tom Bell Drive.

11:06 p.m., Angels Camp - A man was jumping in and out of cars at Highway 4 and Angel Oaks Road.

MONDAY

8:06 a.m., San Andreas - Anthony Paul Destefano, 32, of the 400 block of Sunset Street, was booked on suspicion of violating terms of parole after an arrest at the Calaveras County Probation Department.

10:36 a.m., San Andreas - William Edward Duarte Jr., 49, of the 400 block of Blackbird Lane, Avery, was booked on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender after an arrest in the Calaveras County Jail lobby.

10:49 a.m., Valley Springs - Matthew James Priest, 33, of the 25700 block of Sugar Pine Drive, Pioneer, was booked on suspicion of credit card fraud after an arrest on the 100 block of Chestnut Street.

10:27 p.m., Mountain Ranch - Andrew MacFarland Pratt, 44, of the 9600 block of Wendell Road, was booked on suspicion of second-degree burglary after an arrest at his home.

10:49 a.m., Valley Springs - Jeremiah Nathaniel James, 27, of the 1000 block of Mockingbird Lane, was booked after an arrest on the 100 block of Chestnut Street. He was also booked on misdemeanor charges of possession of burglary tools, being under the influence of drugs and being a felon in possession of a stun gun.
