Three killed in head-on crash

Three people were killed in a head-on collision on Highway 120 at O'Byrnes Ferry Road Saturday afternoon. Their names were not immediately available.

One additional person was reported to be in surgery at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto at 6:05 p.m.

At least two cars were involved in the 3:15 p.m. accident. The road was closed for about half-an-hour, and traffic was delayed in the area until 6:58 p.m., causing a traffic jam, according to the CHP.
