The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


10:39 a.m., theft - A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 100 block of Old Wards Ferry Road.

11:32 a.m., lost property - A license plate was lost or stolen on the 400 block of Stockton Road.

11:37 a.m., disorderly conduct - A person was escorted from a businesses on the 100 block of Old Wards Ferry Road after yelling inside the store.

2:19 p.m., burglary - The front door of a house on South Barretta Street was kicked in.

3:43 p.m., traffic accident - A minor accident was reported on the 100 block of Highway 49.

4:25 p.m., burglary - A South Barretta Street residence was burglarized a week ago.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


10:30 a.m., Sonora area - Someone on the 11000 block of Mount Brow Road did not receive mail on Saturday and thought it was stolen.

1:13 p.m., Columbia - A barn and vehicle on the 12200 block of Yankee Hill Road were burglarized Friday.

1:36 p.m., Sonora area - A vacant house on 21200 block of Woodland Way was vandalized and possibly broken into.

1:41 p.m., Jamestown - A rental property at Omega Mine and Rawhide roads was broken into and a water heater and kerosene heater were taken.

3:53 p.m., Jamestown - Three juveniles said they were jumped and had a knife pulled on them by other juveniles.

5 p.m., Tuolumne - A woman reported that her son's iPhone was stolen while he was at a sleepover at Hayden and Tuolumne roads.

5:10 p.m., Sonora area - A residence on 21600 block of Paseo De Los Portales was burglarized. Two TVs and two cats were missing.

8:11 p.m., Columbia - A woman reported that her elderly neighbor was peeping into her daughter's windows on the 12600 block of Rattlesnake Gulch.


12:29 a.m., Twain Harte - A woman was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after a fight was reported on the 22300 block of Ponderosa Drive.


Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


12:13 a.m., Sonora area - Brice Timothy Busch, 39, of the 22900 block of Twain Harte Drive, Twain Harte, was booked after an arrest on the 1000 block of Mono Way. He was also booked on suspicion of misdemeanor charges of being under the influence of drugs, driving with a license suspended for a DUI and violation of probation.

11:33 p.m., Sonora area - Debrah Kay Atkinson, 53, of the 13700 block of Kincade Flat Road, was booked after an arrest at Mono and Restano ways.


The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


10:57 a.m., Douglas Flat - A house on the 1900 block of Highway 4 was burglarized.

12:45 p.m., Copperopolis - Someone was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on the 3500 block of Spangler Lane.

10:40 p.m., San Andreas - Someone appeared to be driving under the influence on Highway 12 and Central Hill Road.


5:55 a.m., Milton - Theft was reported on Milton Road.

Felony bookings


11 a.m., San Andreas - Ruby Fawn Jeff, 32, of the 1100 block of John Eaph Trail, West Point, was booked on suspicion of violation of postrelease supervision after an arrest at the Calaveras County Probation Department.
