The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


10:09 a.m., Copperopolis - A burglary was reported on Arrowhead Street.

Felony bookings


12:26 p.m., Rail Road Flat - Coreen Joyce Ignacio, 41, of the 200 block of South River Flat Road, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs after an arrest at her home. She was also booked on suspicion of misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.


Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


4:12 p.m., Valley Springs - Jim Edward Reimche, 53, of the 200 block of Cedar Street, was booked after an arrest on the 200 block of Rose Street.


The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


4:20 a.m., drugs - A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs at a business on the 700 block of Mono Way.

10:04 a.m., traffic accident - A non-injury accident was reported on the 800 block of Shaws Flat Road.

1:14 p.m., theft - Someone tried to remove the catalytic converter from a vehicle parked at Sonora Regional Medical Center.

1:59 p.m., accident - A non-injury accident was reported on the 900 block of Sylva Lane. One party was refusing to exchange information, so an officer assisted.

2:26 p.m., theft - A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft and two misdemeanor warrants out of Tulare County after reportedly stealing items from a business on the 100 block of Old Wards Ferry Road. Officers located him inside a nearby restaurant.

6:01 p.m., warrant arrest - A 53-year-old man was arrested at Sonora Regional Medical Center for two misdemeanor warrants.

6:23 p.m., traffic violation - A 26-year-old woman was cited and released for driving with a suspended license on South Stewart Street.


1:28 a.m., traffic accident - A vehicle ran into a fence and was seen headed east on Lyons Street. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


8:19 a.m., Columbia - A man lost $2,400 to an Internet scam.

9:18 a.m., Tuolumne - A basement on the 20500 block of Gerber road was broken into, and tools and a portable safe were stolen.

Noon, Sonora - A man said he and his mother were assaulted in the courthouse on the 100 block of Yaney Avenue.

12:50 p.m., Columbia - A home on the 11000 block of State Street was broken into through a basement window, and a satellite radio receiver and power tools were stolen.

2:35 p.m., Columbia - Two men were seen siphoning gas out of a piece of equipment on the 22500 block of Church Lane.

2:49 p.m., Jamestown - Two men were seen getting a white powdery substance out from under a rock on the 16900 block of Nelson Road.

3:42 p.m., Columbia - An electrical box on the 23200 block of Italian Bar Road was vandalized.

3:50 p.m., East Sonora - A man said he was assaulted at a gas station on the 14800 block of Mono Way.

4:33 p.m., Groveland - Items were stolen from a business on the 18700 block of Main Street.

9:03 p.m., Columbia - A tree was on fire on the 13700 block of Still Pine Road.

9:20 p.m., Columbia - An ice cream truck was playing music and driving recklessly on the 23600 block of Marble Quarry Road.
