The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


7:36 a.m., sexual offense - Unlawful sex with a minor was reported on East Bald Mountain Road.

2:02 p.m., suspicious circumstances - A possible drunken driver was reported on South Washington Street.

5:33 p.m., threats - A man was harassing customers inside a business on the 1200 block of Sanguinetti Road and saying he was going to pull out his .45 caliber pistol. Police searched the man and found no weapons or contraband.

6:25 p.m., trespass - A woman was removed from a business on the 1200 block of Sanguinetti Road after she was found shoplifting.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


11:13 a.m., Jamestown - A 13-year-old was found in possession of 4.2 grams of marijuana after his mother reported that he stole her boyfriend's cell phone from her home on the 18000 block of Sierra Avenue.

1:12 p.m., La Grange - Copper wire was stolen from the 4400 block of La Grange Road.

4:09 p.m., Jamestown - Expletives were scratched into a car's paint on the 10100 block of Peppermint Circle.

5:23 p.m., Jamestown - A residence on the 10900 block of Campo Seco Road was burglarized.

6:15 p.m., Chinese Camp - Construction materials were stolen from a property on Red Hills Road.


12:48 a.m., Tuolumne - A suspicious white powdery substance was found at a business on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road North and booked for destruction.


Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


2:17 a.m., Jamestown - Canyon David Fox, 23, of the 10700 block of Wigwam Road, was booked after an arrest on Highway 49. He was also booked on suspicion of a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license.



11:43 a.m., Valley Springs - Identity theft was reported at a business on the first block on Vista Del Lago Drive.

Felony bookings


11:20 a.m. San Andreas - Jeremy James Roque, 41, of the 3000 block of Golden Gate Drive, was booked on suspicion of revocation of command supervision.

2:01 p.m., Valley Springs - Daniel Damjanovic, 55, of the 2500 block of Meadow Wood Drive, was booked on suspicion of threatening a public officer after an arrest at his home. He was also booked on suspicion of misdemeanor charges of obstructing a public officer, battery on a peace officer and driving under the influence of alcohol.

5 p.m., San Andreas - Patrick Neal Miller, 64, of the 9100 block of Hidden Valley Road, Mountain Ranch, was booked on suspicion of vehicle theft and receiving known stolen property after an arrest at the Department of Motor Vehicles.

7:25 p.m., Mountain Ranch - Gary Len Sisk, 45, of the 19500 block of Rainbow Road, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury after an arrest at his home.

8:46 p.m., Angels Camp - Daniel Anthony Scoyni, 44, of the 1000 block of Stelte Court, was booked on suspicion of violation of probation after an arrest at his home.
