Accident on Black Oak Road

Union Democrat staff

A vehicle hit a tree on Black Oak Road near Soulsbyville Road at 8 a.m. today, injuring at least one person.

The California Highway Patrol said at 8:20 a.m. that one victim was lying in the roadway and Cal Fire first responders and an ambulance were on scene.
