The Sheriff's Office reported the following:
3:19 a.m., Jamestown - A 30-year-old man was arrested and booked into Tuolumne County Jail on suspicion of being under the influence of a drug. The man was stopped while walking near Main Street and Highway 108 and admitted to a deputy that he had recently smoked methamphetamine.
2:50 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village - Someone dumped trash at the edge of a property on the 24000 block of Pine Lake Drive.
6:57 p.m., Twain Harte - A man on the 23000 block of Sierra Drive said his daughter heard prowlers on their deck about two minutes after he left for work at 5 a.m. She told him their dogs started barking and the suspects ran away in an unknown direction.
7:15 p.m., Jamestown - A man said burglars entered his apartment on the 10200 block of Preston Lane through the kitchen window and stole a stereo receiver.
7:43 p.m., Jamestown - A woman said a man with a "hairy back" broke into her vehicle on the 10600 block of Seventh Street and stole her backpack. Her neighbor chased the man and retrieved the backpack but items from it were missing.
8:55 p.m., Big Oak Flat - Someone was setting off fireworks near Henderson Street and Big Oak Road.
1:22 a.m., South county - Shawndria Kay Heathman, 36, of the 600 block of Edan Avenue, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of transporting drugs, possessing drugs and misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended license and possessing an ounce or less of marijuana while driving, after an arrest at the junction of Highway 108 and 120.
12 p.m., Sonora area - Tina Marie Short, 32, of the 16500 block of Creekside Drive, was booked on suspicion of drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, after an arrest at her home.
12:50 p.m., Sonora - Tracy Pauline Cash, 31, of the 400 block of Stockton Road, was booked on suspicion of drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, after an arrest at a business on the 400 block of Stockton Road.
12:50 p.m., Sonora - Ervie Devo Smith, 36, of the 400 block of Stockton Road, was booked on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property, criminal conspiracy, vehicle theft, grand theft, drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, after an arrest at his home.
The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
8:08 a.m., traffic accidents - There was a car accident on North Washington Street. One of the involved driver's called 911 saying his father was complaining about back pain from prior surgery. The other driver was cited and released on suspicion of driving without a valid license.
12:02 p.m., traffic violations - An 82-year-old man was cited and released on suspicion of driving without a valid license after being contacted behind a business on Stockton Road.
12:29 p.m., school assists - A Cassina High School student suspected of being under the influence of drugs was transported to his residence.
2:14 p.m., reckless driving - A female patient under the influence of pain medications left a chiropractor's office on South Forest Road after being advised not to drive. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate her.
10:10 p.m., public intoxication - An anonymous caller reported two intoxicated women were panhandling and belligerent on Hospital Road. Officers checked the area and arrested a 46-year-old woman and an 30-year-old woman on suspicion of public intoxication. A 42-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, violating a restraining order and a probation violation.

8:28 a.m., San Andreas - Equipment was stolen from a property on Fourth Crossing Road.
3:03 p.m., Valley Springs - Someone shot out a streetlight at Daphne and Chestnut streets.
3:31 p.m., Valley Springs - Someone tried to drill out the lock of a vehicle parked at a shopping center on Highway 12.
5:53 p.m., Rail Road Flat - A home was burglarized on Prussian Hill Road. Another report came in about two hours later of a burglary to another residence on the road.
7:30 p.m., Avery - A home was burglarized on Moran Road.
8:50 p.m., Mountain Ranch - Property was vandalized on Rainbow Road.
9:32 p.m., Avery - Avery Middle School on Moran Road was burglarized.
10:46 p.m., San Andreas - A person was arrested for public intoxication at a business on West Saint Charles Street.
5:54 a.m., Murphys - A business was burglarized on Main Street.
7:32 a.m., Avery - A stereo system and other components were stolen from a vehicle parked in the garage of a residence on Rancho Paradiso Road.
8:20 a.m., Valley Springs - Ryan Wesley Touvell, 23, of the 3300 block of Boufier Road, was booked on suspicion of a felony parole violation and a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license, after an arrest at Highway 12 and Lower Double Springs Road.
9:29 p.m., Angels Camp - Alan O'Neil Flowers, 31, of the 700 block of Paloma Road, Valley Springs, was booked on suspicion of selling marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order, after an arrest on the 200 block of Main Street.
