The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


10:22 a.m., San Andreas - Medications were stolen on Gold Strike Road.

1:23 p.m., Valley Springs - Someone was arrested for trying to siphon gas from a vehicle on California Street.

4:55 p.m., Murphys - A woman was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at a park on South Algiers Street.

8:14 p.m., Arnold - A cabin was broken into on Pine Drive.


3:07 p.m., Arnold - Wood and flooring were stolen from buildings on Moran Road.

3:38 p.m., San Andreas - A mountain lion took a fawn out of a yard on Willow Creek Road.

10:16 p.m., Arnold - Someone was allegedly assaulted after throwing a drink at someone on Cypress Point Drive.


11:45 p.m., West Point - Someone was "throwing things" at a dog on Highway 26. The caller's brother ran after the suspect, but he got away. The suspect was last seen running toward Veterans Lane.


12:37 p.m., Copperopolis - A cargo trailer was stolen on Thomson Lane.

Felony bookings


12:55 p.m., Copperopolis - Sean Michael Boyd, 43, of the 1200 block of Red Leave Way, Lincoln, was booked on suspicion of assault and false imprisonment with violence, after an arrest on the 900 block of Feather Drive.


1:34 p.m., Wilseyville - Ronald Martin Coats, 52, of the 200 block of Lambert Lane, booked on suspicion of vandalism and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, after an arrest at his home.


Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


2:35 a.m., Valley Springs - Dylan David Sullivan, 19, of the 28200 block of North Mackville Road, Clements, was arrested at a business on the 3100 block of West Highway 12.

6:45 p.m., Valley Springs - Vicente Martinez Crisantos, 49, of the 6000 block of West Highway 12, was arrested at his home.


The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


1:40 a.m., Sonora area - A woman said she arrived at her home on the 12800 block of Chukar Circle and thought someone stole her computer and some cat food. She cancelled the emergency call after finding her computer under some papers.

8:30 a.m., Crystal Falls - A woman on the 21400 block of American River Drive said someone cut her vehicle gas line and stole gas.

9:12 a.m., Sonora area - A woman said her neighbor found her stolen accordion down the hill from her house on the 14500 block of Lake Vista Drive.

1:22 p.m., Sonora area - A backpack vacuum was stolen from a tool trailer on the 18600 block of Eagle Ridge Road.

6:10 p.m., Crystal Falls - A building was broken into on the 21600 block of Crystal Falls Drive and a computer was stolen.

7:54 p.m., Long Barn - A woman on the 29900 block of Mariposa Drive said someone stole her checkbook.

3:40 p.m., Sonora - Tammy Yoshiko Hironaka, 35, of the 10100 block of Peppermint Place, Jamestown, booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest on Stockton Road.

5:28 p.m., Don Pedro area - James Edward Werner, 41, of the 3800 block of Ladera Way, booked on suspicion of burglary, after an arrest on Highway 132 at Zarzamora Court.

9:13 p.m., Crystal Falls - Nicholas Michael Goodwin, 18, of an unknown address, booked on suspicion of burglary, after an arrest on the 21500 block of American River Drive.


Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

1:17 p.m., Columbia - Andrew Dale Ramsey, 45, of the 100 block of Dossi Way, Sonora, arrested on Washington Street.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


10:43 a.m., theft - A caller said a woman stole a prescription pad on Greenley Road and was writing prescriptions for herself.

12:25 p.m., theft - A man said a woman stole his money clip on the 100 block of Old Wards Ferry Road.

12:57 p.m., theft - Stolen checks were cashed at a bank on Stockton Road.

5:46 p.m., public intoxication - A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on Greenley Road after throwing items at hospital staff.
